The only thing is I paid for a large flower arrangement $158.00 and what was delivered was a very small arrangement that was not worth even $100.00 I did notify her only to be told she added more flowers to my arrangement to make it look fuller. Da I paid for a XLarge arrangement and it should have had way more flowers in it! She did not offer a refund of any type. The message was not on a card it was on an invoice in small print and I highly doubt the receiving family would even see it. We are so disappointed :(

We discussed ideas, she shared several examples to work with, then consulted with me about what would look best - offering advice based on her years of experience. But it didn't stop there! The funeral home suggested that they'd deliver the flower to the cemetery, but Sonia wanted to ensure they arrived in perfect shape. She coordinated all of the logistics, then even texted me the morning of the funeral to let me know she was en route to deliver them, finally ended with photos once on site. Who does that?! I am so disappointed! This was a "thinking of you gift" for my sister on our moms one year anniversary of her death. I really wanted a beautiful arrangement and I wanted WHAT I PURCHASED!!!! I saw the ceramic "bowls" and did not pick those for a reason, I did not like them as much as the basket. I am done buying flowers from any florist. Over $100 for junk. I feel like they stole my money by not providing what I paid for and expected to be delivered.
