When they finally arrived, I was greeted with a "Sorry." The flowers were beautiful and so was the amber tone mosaic vase. (I am still enjoying the vase now filled with some dried fall flowers.) But here is where things get a bit strange. When I was rinsing out the vase, I noticed two stickers on the bottom. One said Mervyn's $39.99 and the other said Goodwill $8.99. Mervyn's closed many years ago so today's retail value of the vase would be much more. Who knows how it ended up at Goodwill and then made its way to Jory's. I don't have an issue with recycling from thrift stores. I do it myself. What was very odd to me was Jory's did not take a minute or two to remove the stickers. Very tacky. This would have been a five-star review if the flowers had arrived on time and in a vase that did not show its thrift store origins.

Two hours before our scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that lily of the valley was unavailable. While I was disappointed, I understood that flower availability can sometimes be unpredictable and was willing to work with a substitute. However, when I arrived to pick up my bouquet, I discovered that not only was lily of the valley missing, but there were no peonies either. Instead, the bouquet contained flowers and yellow tones that were completely different from the all-white design we had discussed and approved. At no point was I informed that peonies would not be included, nor was I contacted to review or approve a revised design. Because this occurred the day before my wedding and only hours before pickup, I had no realistic opportunity to make alternative arrangements in advance. We felt pressured to accept the bouquet we were given because of the timing. Ultimately, I was so unhappy with the final product that I purchased a replacement bouquet. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Had I been notified earlier that the requested flowers could not be sourced, we could have discussed alternatives and approved a new design together. Instead, significant changes were made without our knowledge or consent. After returning from our honeymoon, I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund. My message went unanswered. When my husband later spoke with her, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told that the flowers used were an "upgrade." Whether the replacement flowers were more expensive is beside the point--the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet we ordered or approved. We paid our invoice in full and even tipped before receiving the bouquet because we trusted that our wedding flowers would reflect what we had discussed. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations, and the lack of accountability afterward was equally disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this florist.

I had gotten a referral from a friend of a friend because I grew up near here in Northern California and she had done amazing things for events and it was, IMO, a long stretch! I reached out figuring , 'what do I have to lose?' Those of us who work in these types of arenas are met with ALL sorts of situations ALL the time.. IF I get told 'no' or ghosted.. I will move on! Dawsha totally surprised me and responded to me on my work phone IN MINUTES of my request!!! MOREOVER, her florals to my tropical need was beyond my expectation and GORGEOUS!!! EVEN under my budget! I was blown away! To have these types of florals available to me for this pop up trip on a weekend, after hours, and delivered to a private terminal on the 'fly' was mind blowing and it truly alleviated a LOT of stress and worry for me. They lasted while we flew to the Hawaiian islands and popped around between them at altitude which is pretty rare. I changed out the water every day and treated them kindly. I have now added Seibel's Unique Florals to my preferred florist and advised the private terminal(s) within the area to please use Dawsha and her brother for the gorgeous florals and seriously amazing customer service!!!
