Bait and switch! I ordered a beautiful BASKET full of plants for my sister. However, what she received was a small ceramic square container with minimal plants, mostly flowers and sparse. I am so disappointed! This was a "thinking of you gift" for my sister on our moms one year anniversary of her death. I really wanted a beautiful arrangement and I wanted WHAT I PURCHASED!!!! I saw the ceramic "bowls" and did not pick those for a reason, I did not like them as much as the basket. I am done buying flowers from any florist. Over $100 for junk. We ordered a beautiful orchid arrangement for our friend that lives in Brentwood. The website ordering process was very easy and they had a great selection to choose from for any occasion. The original color orchid we wanted was not available. They called me immediately to inform me and gave me an option to choose a different color for same day delivery or to wait for the shipment to arrive in the original color we chose. One word..Fantastic! I was sending flowers to someone who was recovering from surgery up in Discovery Bay and Gerry was the best choice. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and not only how quick the flowers were delivered same day, but the quality was amazing. I really had a hard time finding a florist out here, and "settled" for a shop that was in the middle of nowhere. As I drove to Gerry's I was sure this place was either no longer in business or that the address was a misprint. It turns out, the shop is located as part of the owner's house. Interesting how they would charge $12.50 to deliver in Brentwood when the shop is in Brentwood. I wanted a personal touch and love supporting local buisnesses.
