The front desk is very friendly and always helpful. The cleaning staff is wonderful and spend all day making sure the building is nice and clean! I met management briefly and they were also very nice, professional and helpful! We sure do hope the pool opens up for the summer!! As for some of the negative comments I read below, *Yes they do test fire alarms but Alicia from management sends emails advising when these will happen and in the a2 months we've lived here we've only experienced two days which didn't last longer than 5 minutes (not consecutive) *I am ALWAYS ordering packages and nothing has ever been lost. * I live on the 6th floor and the trash Shute is always clean, even the section where recycling goes gets cleaned up multiple times a day!!
