On top of that, we were told things that turned out not to be true more than once, which made the entire process stressful and confusing. We were seriously interested in the property and submitted an offer on Wednesday, and we didn't hear back from the agent until after the contract had already expired. That alone was unacceptable. We resubmitted the contract, and then we were completely ghosted again. After finally getting a response, we renegotiated, and we were promised the seller was interested and would be signing -- so we submitted the offer a third time. Then once again, we were completely ghosted with no follow up and no professionalism. My wife and I have purchased and sold multiple homes over the last five years and we have never dealt with a listing agent this bad. The lack of communication and follow through was shocking, and the negotiating skills were poor. I genuinely feel bad for the seller because they missed out on a great full asking price offer purely because their realtor couldn't communicate, couldn't meet deadlines, and couldn't get the deal handled properly. Honestly, this is the type of agent that will without a doubt get you sued or dragged into a lawsuit because of the way things are handled. What makes it even more ironic is that one of the excuses we got for the lack of communication was that he was "in court all day." Go figure. Complete lack of professionalism from start to finish. I would not recommend this agent to anyone.

The front desk is very friendly and always helpful. The cleaning staff is wonderful and spend all day making sure the building is nice and clean! As for some of the negative comments I read below, *Yes they do test fire alarms but Alicia from management sends emails advising when these will happen and in the a2 months we've lived here we've only experienced two days which didn't last longer than 5 minutes (not consecutive) *I am ALWAYS ordering packages and nothing has ever been lost. * I live on the 6th floor and the trash Shute is always clean, even the section where recycling goes gets cleaned up multiple times a day!!
