It's a great place, at reasonable prices, for what you may need around the house. I wouldn't necessarily purchase items if I needed them for regular work, as the products are generally inferior. However, for DIY home work I highly recommend it. I've encountered amicable employees. No issues there.

We found one that could work but needed it cut to a better size. After wandering around to find an available worker, she said she would call someone to help us. It was paged over head a few times and after no one came to help, we just left. Terrible service. To not be terribly negative, the store is clean.

Horrible people here. They hate Black People and Mexicans , I am neither but, I have overheard…read morethem saying terrible things about them after they leave. The owner could really care less whether he gets your business or not! If you are taking up too much time with an employee, the owner will order another employee to "Get them out of here!!!" He doesn't care if you are spending $1 or $100,00. He is mad that you are there talking to an employee and he doesn't care to know why! They gouge the customer in every department whenever possible. Parts are marked up not just over cost but over retail. Service hours are charged in excess if they know the customer will pay.
