My experience is based on the interaction that we had this afternoon not the goods they serve. My sister and I were eating some of the goodies and having bonding time when a lady whom I can assume is the owner came from behind to my sister, touched her hair and then asked if it was appropriate for her to touched my sister's curly hair? Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. Not sure.if she truly thought she was given a compliment to my sister but what is wrong is wrong. She knew she did wrong. For sure we will not be coming back and for sure I have no desire to use what I have left of a gift card. Unprofessional and honestly so out of touch with your clientele. Winter Haven is growing rapidly and you will have to deal with all of more people like us. Some people are so passive aggressive that is gross. Our maiden WHOOPIE voyage skipped the classic chocolate pie and headed straight for the carrot cake and cream cheese whoopie. It left us wanting more more more! Well-balanced, soft tasty cake good creamy center. We also tried their lime whoopie which is popular but we did not like it a well. A delicate lime flavor was sandwiched between two cookies. We found this one cloyingly sweet, from the cookies to the filling. The cookie was so soft it broke apart as we ate it and the lime flavor was almost hidden by the sweetness. Only these 3 kinds were available. They sell in two-packs for $5 but don't allow mixing the flavors. We definitely would return for the carrot cake whoopies and to try the chocolate. The store also sells jams/jellies and fudge. It partners in the space with Magnolia Popcorn and sells TwoCrazyNuts (Bartow shop) products. All these make great gifts. and everything is $5 each.
