Their website states they offer excellent products and quality service. I wish that was true. We…read morepurchased a door from them and were not told until we were ready to pay that there was a $45 charge for cutting the door to fit our manufactured home. We were assured that the job would be done right. When I tried to install the door it was not square; the frame was 3/16 in. off in one direction and the door was 3/16 inch off in another direction. I called to speak to the owner and he didn't have the courtesy to come to the phone or return my numerous calls. I went to the Auburndale store and was told the only thing they would do was recut the door and frame, which not only would make the door shorter but the frame would not fit in the opening prepared for the door size ordered. Not an acceptable solution for a $400 door. I am very disappointed this company does not stand behind the bold statement on its website or behind the work of its employees. Buyers beware!
