I used them to install a brick paver path in my back yard. When I initially consulted with Chris, it seemed like Rock N' Block had their own team and would complete the install. When the crew showed up, however, they seemed to have been a different, subcontracted company. The path was installed horrifically badly -- inconsistent widths, jagged, uneven curves, not centered on the staircase it leads to. It was truly, really bad. To their credit, they acknowledged how terrible the work was, and agreed to re-install the path when I brought it up. Chris was responsive and apologetic. But, the whole process was, honestly, a pain. I had to fly back into town early to supervise the re-install, it ended up taking much longer and requiring much more of my time than a simple path should have because of the poor initial quality of their work. Hence -1 star.
