I had been introduced to Dr.Hamlin's work around 8 years ago when I had a client that had a few surgeries with the doctor (I have a laser hair removal company so I see many naked bodies and many scars). The client had lost over 100 pounds and had her arms, legs, booty, breasts and stomach done by Dr Hamlin. Her scars were so well done. At the time I was untested in finding a doctor to do my tummy tuck. After seeing her scars and hearing her raving reviews of the doctor I decided to visit her. I loved her in person and did have her do my tummy tuck and revision of my breast scars that were in need of being done. My first surgeon did not do a good job. I was so pleased with her work with my body. Her bedside manner is great. She is so down to earth and very honest and helpful. Since that time I had give back to her to get my upper eyelids done and another mini break lift. I have also sent her many clients that have done a variety of surgeries- full neck and face lift, scar revision, nose jobs, breast lifts, implants and much more. Everyone has been just as happy with Dr Hamlin that I have been. I always tell people that she is an artist and a plastic surgeon and that you couldn't go to a better doctor. Stay away!! They use watered down Botox or maybe it's not even Botox!! I blew through 180 units (9 vials) in less than 6 months & still have movement!! After every treatment I had to return for more because it did not work. Each time I questioned them on the excessive amounts that I needed they gave excuses like everyone is different?! Even the manager said she has a very high metabolism & doesn't use nearly that much. But she wouldn't offer me any kind of credit or refund because she said I "got a deal" already since it was a buy 2 get 1 free offer. It's not a deal if it's bogus product. No complaints about the juvaderm but I wouldn't go back. My advice is to go elsewhere unless you like wasting your money **Edit in response to manager's comments** You claim to have "medical facts" that contradict my claims? The only "fact" you have is that you SAY that you injected me with 140 units of Botox. I think that the photos below would suggest otherwise. These are the results of me being treated on 12/7 12/20 1/12 3/14 4/4 and 5/3. These pictures were taken today 6/8. I've never heard of anyone needing to every 4 weeks for more. And yes you are correct that I was very pleasant at your office because I am a nice polite person and I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. Every time after I was treated I voiced my concerns about the lack of results. There is no way that you gave me the amount of Botox that I purchased. And it's irrelevant that the manufacturer had a promotion when I bought it. I went to Veronica PA for threads to be placed in my face at Florida Coastal Plastic Surgery on Manatee Ave. Bradenton. During the consultation, she said that I am an excellent candidate and my skin is in great condition for this type of procedure. Veronica numbed my face and proceeded to place threads in my face. During the consultation, she told me that I would have a migraine type headache for days afterwards. She wrapped my face up when finished and put cold packs on my face in the wrap. After I went home and the swelling went down, I could see that the results were not as promised and no headache as she stated. I went back in total two more times for her to do more threads because the results were not what she had claimed they would be. And I realized she was going in at my cheek area, not the hairline. I had this procedure done three years prior and the practitioner was not doing it any longer and this is why I had sought out Veronica to do this procedure and I knew what to expect, and I knew that these strings were to go in at the hairline, not the cheek. And even if the cheek is an area where they do go in and it was not holding, Veronica should've used critical thinking skills and gone in at the hairline and I think that's why I wasn't getting the headache as she stated because she did not go in at the hairline. I also feel this is why my results were not successful. I did my research online and I have pictures to show and prove my point of the hairline insertion as well as my results that are inadequate and therefore I asked for money back. I did not even ask for all my money back, and the office Manager asked me to come in for a fourth time, and I declined as I do not trust this practitioner. The third time I went in she numbed it up and just started going in right away and it was very painful and I said, should it be hurting like this? And she said oh, I'll wait for it a minute and then when she went in and I didn't feel any pain after that. Also, how many times does it take? The first practitioner I went to three years prior got it right the first time! Too bad she isn't doing the threads anymore!!! If I could, I would give Veronica a zero rating. I would not recommend this place! Veronica did a nice job with my Botox & juvaderm. However they either use fake or extremely watered down Botox. I purchased 9 vials (180 units) in December for myself & my husband which they told me should be more than enough for 1 year. Well 5 months later it's all used up just on me! Every month i had to go back for more because I still had movement. Every few weeks I needed more & still had movemen. Each time i questioned why I was requiring so much more than everyone else I know & she kept saying everyone is different. Finally I called the manager & she actually agreed with me. She said that she has an extremely fast metabolism & she doesn't' even use near that amount. She said she'd speak to Veronica & see what she could do for me. Well when she called back she said that I got a good deal because I used a buy 2 get 1 free offer & so she wasn't going to do anything for me. My response was that it's not a good deal if it's bad product. My advice is STAY AWAY!! read more

This review has been a long time coming. She absolutely botched my breast reduction. Not once. But twice. After the first surgery, my breasts did something to which she called "bottoming out". This is where the breast tissue sits at the base of the breast and the nipples are really high.(I can't even wear half decent pretty bras) So she went in a second time to try and correct this. It did not work. I called several several times to get this corrected and I got nothing. No calls back - no emails - no responses whatsoever. I even offered to pay cash since my insurance had changed. I just wanted normal breasts. It even lead to my divorce. My now ex husband told me that it really "grossed" him out. And he couldn't stand the thought of touching me. I have dealt with this but hindsight, I wish I would have checked out other surgeons. Dr. Hamlin is wonderful and talented. I am so pleased with her a great full that she was able to fix my issues that I had with my last surgery with Dr.lacerna. Dr.Hamlin evaluated the situation explained to me properly exactly what was going to happen and gave me best case and worse case scenario. Surgery day was so easy, I was in a twilight state and felt nothing that I can remember. I recall trying to have a conversation with her even. I went home comfortable and came together at 2am and took a look at myself for the fist time and cried tears of joy because she made me look like me again. Over the next few days I took it easy as I could even though my energy lever had sky rocketed because I felt no more pain in my chest shoulder and armpit any more since she removed the implant that was moving all over in my muscles. Well, My son's Pediatrician Dr Sander. Sent me over there to repair the gash that was to deep and to long to use the surgical glue on. So they sent me immediately over to Dr. Hamlin.
