The client had lost over 100 pounds and had her arms, legs, booty, breasts and stomach done by Dr Hamlin. Her scars were so well done. At the time I was untested in finding a doctor to do my tummy tuck. After seeing her scars and hearing her raving reviews of the doctor I decided to visit her. I loved her in person and did have her do my tummy tuck and revision of my breast scars that were in need of being done. My first surgeon did not do a good job. I was so pleased with her work with my body. Her bedside manner is great. She is so down to earth and very honest and helpful. Since that time I had give back to her to get my upper eyelids done and another mini break lift. I have also sent her many clients that have done a variety of surgeries- full neck and face lift, scar revision, nose jobs, breast lifts, implants and much more. Everyone has been just as happy with Dr Hamlin that I have been. I always tell people that she is an artist and a plastic surgeon and that you couldn't go to a better doctor. Again I see so many women every day and o have not seen such good work from any other surgeon. And Katrina who schedules appointments for the doctor has been so amazing. There isn't any reason for a representative of a business to treat their customers the way I was treated even with the insurance provider listening. Thankfully the insurance provider said they would file a complaint and we intend to file an official complaint with the State of Florida. The owners of this business need to take disciplinary action with this employee and her manager, Linda, who both feel it's better to hang up on you rather than calmly and rationally answer your question. Thankfully the insurance provider has an audio recording should anyone ask to listen. We will not use this business again for any medical procedure. Totally unacceptable behavior from people paid to answer your questions.

Went thru misery of pre colonoscopy only to be told while in gown on guerny that no cardio clearance was received so no procedure. MSC had my registration admittance forms all filled out as well as my profile from my GI Doc "weeks before" procedure and the office never caught my no cardio clearance??? UNFORGIVABLE both in office procedures and Mgr Linda Nashes "hang up" reaction to my complaints! The nutses and staff in operating rooms are very good, just a bad office as described.

Dr Lucerne told me renuvion would be much more successful than laser, so I paid $5,000 to have this radio frequency and helium plasma procedure. They go under the skin and call it MINIMALLY INVASIVE! i Couldn't go out or see anyone for a month, then still looked strange. Recovery took about 3-4 MONTHS! They say: "requires downtime of about two weeks for maximal recovery". A year later I still have acne around mouth area/ haven't had since I was a teen! also I have weird striped pigmentation on forehead. I went back for these problems and was told to buy their overpriced products. I was prescribed anti bacterial cream by dermatologist/ which helps, but constant breakouts. I attach a pic of my forehead. Dr Lucerne told me to use abrasion wash - but dermatologist said it's permanent and suggested laser treatment. To be fair- most of lines above lips have gone/ so that part was really successful. Every time I go back with issues, I'm advised to buy one of their $80 plus products, for their mistake!!! I do NOT recommend Renuvion and wish I never had it!!
