They found out Doctor had COVID first thing this morning but my daughter still got a confirmation text confirming her appointment's for tomorrow with conflicting times. She calls around 1:30 only to be told her procedure was canceled. After multiple attempts in trying to speak to the person in charge with no returned calls of course we finally got a call back saying that the Doctor did not feel comfortable just wearing a mask and performing the procedure. We were confused we never asked for him to do the procedure with COVID. The customer service at this place is the worst of the worst. They want to change the date the day before surgery for next week, mind you my daughter is in the Airforce and needed clearance from her commander on down for this procedure. If it was the other way around and she would have canceled the day before because she was sick she would have lost all of her money. All we want at this point is to get our money back. No refunds??? Really?? I'm sure there is room for exemptions and this company is not just money hungry not caring of considering customer care. The way they handled this was very very rude and disgraceful and it's hard to believe they are still in business being so rude and heartless with their customers. Follow up... We were demanded to remove all reviews before they could even try to have another doctor do the procedure today although we preferred at this time not to even proceed with this company after feeling uneasy from all the mistreatment, unprofessionalism and disregard for patient care we still removed google reviews as they commanded us to just to get a resolved only to be called on our way to Orlando attacking us about a review on BBB we posted prior to speaking to the business manager yesterday. She then started accusing that all we wanted was a refund and that they were trying to help but it seems that all we wanted was a refund which we were not going to get, at this point my daughter is having a full on panic attack because she already felt uncomfortable with proceeding with this company. Yesterday when we tried to pickup medications we were unable to pickup because they had the wrong birthdate which they have the correct bday on file. After waiting over an hour we had to leave because the pharmacy was closing waiting for them to make the change so we could pick up meds which we couldn't and pharmacist thought it was odd being it doesn't take this much time to get in their system. So we went to the pharmacy again first thing this morning only for it still not to be there but sent to a whole other pharmacy.... This is how we started the day today. Like I said my daughter felt totally uneasy so when they called attacking she literally had an anxiety attack so we decided to turn back around to go home and asked for our money back at this point because they were reckless and my daughter did not feel that they were going to have her best interest at all.

I booked online and they require a card on file with a $25 deposit. All documents were signed online easily and when I arrived in it was so fast and easy. They offered water or champagne which I declined as I was there for an IV lol, but it's that extra touch for a spa which is nice. Samantha took me in very fast and offered an upgrade to a liter bag which I took. The whole process was amazing and comfortable. Samantha was also very helpful in informing me about other services they offer which I absolutely will look in to as they business made a great impression on me, Im definitely open to more services by them!
