I have wicked allergies. I used to go to the Brandon office but switched to this one once I started weekly allergy shots. This office is only minutes from my h The office is large and very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Checkin is easy and I've never had an issue. Just made an appointment with a new doctor at this location because I lost confidence in the Dr I was seeing in the Brandon office. I would recommend this practice for your ENT issues. As with any medical office, just do your homework before choosing your Dr. It's your choice no one else's. read more

Honestly, one of the worst appointments I ever had. The doctor talked very very quickly and did not seem to care at the fact that I was anxious about what we were talking about. He threw a lot of ideas at me, but all of which I could've found on Google. Front desk staff was very nice. I spent $200 after insurance to be told. I could try breathe right strips. He wants to stick a camera in my nose with some numbing spray and I told him I was anxious about that. Instead of walking me through what exactly that would be like and how it could possibly help he just dismissed the idea altogether and asked me, "What do you wanna do." it felt like he was acting like I was wasting his time. Scheduled for a 10:20am appointment, showed up 20 minutes early. At 11am I asked where we were in line and was told there were still two patients ahead of us. To expect at least a 20-30 minute wait before we got seen. We were pulled back at 11:23am into one room and then moved into another room at 11:43am. Didn't see the ENT Specialist until 11:57am who numbed her ear 2mins later and didn't return until 12:33pm. We didn't leave this clinic until 12:41pm. Rude customer service by the doctor seeing my daughter. When I asked when she would be returning to see my daughter. She replied back with, "when her timer goes off". Then she said the numbing medication takes 30-40 minutes to work. I told her 30 minutes had already passed. She said according to her timer there was still a minute and 33 seconds left. I wasn't going to stand there and argue, but there was no need for that response, especially when she never explained how long the medication would take to numb the area and clearly based off the times lines I posted above, I've been keeping track of all the times. While I'm thankful they helped my daughter and she was gentle with her, I wasn't too pleased with how the appointment went and how long it took. read more

Did not start off good scheduling an appt for a hearing appointment was sent to 3 different people repeating each time what I needed. Day of my appointment the check in went smooth as i did most online. I waited 10 minutes past my appt time. I was called in by the dr's assistant who was very cold and not welcoming at all. The doctor i saw was Dr. Getz, I personally was not impressed what so ever. I had all my testing done at another Audiologist that was not in my healthcare network) Florida ENT & Allergy was added to my healthcare and brought my records to the appointment. He looked in my nose, ears and throat then my records and told me what I already knew that I had significant hearing loss in one ear and referred to to get an MRI to rule out any potential issue and to make an appt in 4-6 wks. Out the door he went with his assistant. I went to the check out desk and they handed me the MRI information to take with me. They did not mention anything with my insurance company. After leaving, I called my insurance company to verify the process as I know MRI are pretty costly. I was informed to have the procedure covered by insurance it must be reviewed and approved. To start the process the Doctor would have to send all notes and reasoning for the MRI for it to be reviewed for coverage. I immediately called the office back, spoke to 3 different people yet again.... Finally was put in the voicemail of the dr's assistant (voicemail was not for the Dr I saw to find out that they had not changed the voicemail for the assistant for Dr. Getz). It's been 2 days and still have not received a phone call back. Not impressed especially when you have to make repeat calls to ask for simple records to be sent to your insurance company. read more

I am self pay and their required first new patient visit is $400. When I asked what that included the person on the phone listed items she couldn't even pronounce, then when I asked what if these thing do not apply to me she simply said she was relaying information. I've been self-pay for years, never have I ever been charged such an absorbent amount without even a consultation. Utterly ridiculous!! read more

The iPad sign-in requirement is just plainly painful. First you must read the three large papers above iPad first. HINT iPad PIN number = day and month of your birthday. Next I have a bad back and standing in one place is painful for me. iPad angle is not adjustable. I am tall so bending is also required. Next the crazy questions that could be part of shooting or 30 minute interval afterwards. All this is not necessary and I Pray it all goes away. I am not the only frustrated patient for I have plenty of time to observe. read more

Went to this place with ear problem and throat problems. They ran all sorts of test and of course, it's allergy. And you have to come once a week for shot should take six months I was told. I have same problems . Then I was told have to come for five years. My gut tells me this is what I call a money mill Dr office. WORST EXPERIENCE I highly recommend NOT going to this location. I had a 2:30 appointment and they wanted me to be there at 2:15...I didn't see the doctor until 4:15....SERIOUSLY ANNOYING. I received a text about an hour before my 2:30 appointment saying the appointment was for 3:30, I was confused so I called them and they said I have two appointment....I stated I only made one appointment. Then they went on to tell me because of my symptoms they also wanted me to see the hearing doctor that's in the same office to take a hearing test. I asked if that would be more money or still just the co pay cost. They ensured me it was still just the cost of one visit co pay, so I said okay. After the hearing test I continued to wait in the lobby and then the second time they called me back AFTER my hearing test the next nurse asked me if I wanted to pay in office or be mailed for the hearing test....I was pissed...I said what? She said yes $80 for your hearing test. I was very surprised since I just spoke to someone literally and hour before appointment and CLEARLY asked if it was going to cost more and was told no. I would have never got a hearing test knowing it was that expensive, I can hear just fine that wasn't even my issue for going into the doctor. So sadly very disappointed. I met with the doctor finally after two hours for 5 minutes. And when I told him one of my issued he stated...to be honest I don't know what that could be. Told me it's something I should just live with and to get sinus/allergy medicine over the counter at Walgreens...REALLY JERK...IVE BEEN DOING THAT FOR 4 MONTHS NOW....will not be going back here evvvveeerrrrr again. read more
