I had repeatedly told other doctors that I constantly had fluid in my ears, but no one ever seemed to investigate it thoroughly. After receiving proper care, about 90% of the phlegm and congestion I had been experiencing in my throat has cleared up. I believe I may also have had an infected Eustachian tube that had gone untreated. The doctor who treated me was exceptionally kind, considerate, and down-to-earth. In fact, she was so approachable and caring that I initially thought she might be a nurse. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and provided outstanding care. When I told her that what she does is like being a brain surgeon, she laughed and said, "I'm not a brain surgeon." What I meant was that her work requires an incredible amount of training, skill, precision, and attention to detail. The expertise she demonstrated made a real difference in my life. We live in a difficult and often stressful world, and I think it's important to recognize people who truly make a difference. I want to thank the doctor and everyone involved in my care. He abruptly entered my room, barely introduced himself and hurried through my ultra sound guided biopsy. It was painful and I felt he was not being careful. I have had one before and the previous Dr eased me in and slowly performed the procedure, making sure I was ok during each pass. Not so with this guy. I had another issue I asked him to address at the beginning of the appointment. He started to leave the room and I had to remind him about my other concern, He was in such a hurry to get to the next paycheck (I mean patient). He again took no care in putting a tube down my nose. I selected her as the best Doctor after a few months of research. I see Dr Agnes Nall out in Lakewood Ranch, FL [Ear, Nose Throat] as well as in Downtown Bradenton. She did a neighbors partial thyroidectomy and I was impressed on how limited the scar was and how well preserved her vocals were. I kept looking for more reviews but there is not many great surgeons to choose from. Why? I found selecting a Doctor is not like picking a restaurant or some great experience we want to post about. So happy people tend to move on and not post. This choice is FAR more important than a dining experience, so I plan to post anywhere I can. My research found 7 in 7 people who had a total or partial thyroidectomy via surgery were happy they did, and wished they had done it sooner. I cannot say the same for 3 more who opted for radiation ablation with their endocrinologist. Only one out of 3 who did it via ablation - a male- was happy. Anyway I am thrilled I picked surgery and the right surgeon to preform it. She is very laid back, down to earth, highly experienced, and does take time with her patients.

He informed us that the object was not hurting anything in its current spot and told us to make an appt. for a later date to see if she was calmer or if it came out on its own. Fast forward to today... my daughter still panicking and in tears awaiting the appointment. He did not pressure her at all, but was very reassuring and sweet. He showed her where it was on a special camera and asked her to let him try and he would stop anytime she wanted. I could see she was reluctant but finally agreed. When I went back for follow up, I was tested again and did not have dementia. I had my sister with me this time. Three worth worst months of my life.
