The sales rep, Juan Rodriguez, was a gentleman and great to engage with. As any good sales rep, he truly wanted to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Juan Rodriguez gets 5 stars from me. Now, in terms of the vehicle, they did their part to provide a clean, well-kept car that was worthy of the price. My complaint is that at the very end, when all was signed, said, and done, they gave me ONE fob and an almost empty tank of gas with 60 miles left. Whenever I have purchased a used car in the past, I get 2 keys and a full tank as a way to say "Thank you for your business." For that reason, I give 4 stars. Before you close, ask if you are getting 2 fobs or 1. If you are getting only 1, buying a new fob, programming it, and getting the inside key cut will put you back over $200. Use that important data to negotiate the final OTD price. Also, ask if they can fill your tank as a final TY for business. Every penny counts! read more

Horrible customer service with very unethical and sleazy business practices. Turnt what should have been a joyous moment for my daughter into a total nightmare. Test drove a few cars. My daughter decided on the one she liked. During the test drive I mentioned to the salesman that the maintenance required light is on. He responded, "it probably needs resetting." Purchased the vehicle. Next day the light came on again. I scheduled an appointment with Toyota (that's the make of the vehicle). Toyota inspected the vehicle found a leak gave me paper work to take to the dealership. This was on a Saturday. Left Toyota went straight to this dealership. Spoke to the sales guy. He asked for the paper work, took it to a manager, came back with a signed piece of paper from the manager, gave it to us and said the service department will call us Monday. Never received a call so we just pulled up ion Monday. Showed the service guy the paper and explained the issue. He took the car, inspected said they cleaned it out but see no leak and to come back on Thursday. We returned on Thursday with a video of where the leak is according to Toyota. He took a video of the finding from my phone, took the car, returned and said they would have to contact corporate in Miami and they would give us a call. CONFUSED and DISAPPOINTED. We went here recently and immediately noticed huge (up to 20%) price differences between online and in person. We were interested in one SUV...except it had a flat tire. We checked out another vehicle...it smelled like cigarettes. Another had mismatched tires. The first salesman got up from his desk and walked away without a word and pawned us off on someone else when he learned we already secured financing and wouldn't be locking in a deal that day as it was outside bank hours. The second salesman was disengaged from the start and treated us like an inconvenience. We don't expect red-carpet treatment, but there's no chance we're spending a dime let alone $20k+ at a place that can't treat us with at least a little respect or provide accurate pricing. Dealers like to hide behind "that's an online exclusive offer" but they rarely intend to part with a vehicle at the prices they list online. Also watch out for their ridiculous fees of more than $2,000 (more than double that of other places we checked out). read more

Was at the dealership for 5 hours. The car was listed for $13,500 and walked out the door financing $21,000 with me putting down $1,500. Without $1,500 it was $9k on top of the list price. Their banks gave me a %14 interest rate and next day I went and refinanced for %7 with a company I had history with. On top of all that a week later they try to get me out of my gap insurance and pay me off but I'm not signing it and spam me for a whole month because I wouldn't sign it. The salesman guy was nice tho. The 1 star is for him. Other than that 0/10 recommend unless you like giving money away and wanna have negative equity for the whole loan. read more

I will never do business with these people again. Before purchasing a vehicle here, please check everything. Do not assume that this place puts their customers first like Carmax or any other respectable used car dealership. The car that I was interested in had a piece missing on the door handle on the inside of the car which exposed some adhesive that has been sitting in the sun. I decided to look past that as the salesperson assured me it will get taken care of and that if purchasing the vehicle, the manager will contact me to schedule this. This never happened, I ended up buying the part and installing it myself. There is a prep fee in the ballpark of 1,699.00 that you will notice when you get the final numbers and was told that is the fee that is charged to get the vehicle prepared for the buyer. Um, ok. What preparations have been done? The car needed an oil change and brake fluid, but was told that it would get taken care of. So, I looked past that and moved on to financing. The financing manager comes out to the lobby where I am sitting with another family that I did not know, and very loudly decides to discuss payments and interest rates instead of calling me into his office. That made me want to walk out right then and there. But I kept going and was thinking to myself that at least my car is being serviced and will have a full tank of gas (I guess I was comparing to Carmax). I received my car lit up with service notifications and was told that I had to call in to schedule a time to get it done, which would mean another 1hr drive each way - and an empty tank. After a week I notice the air wasn't blowing that well. I called and spoke to my salesperson, and he laughed when I said I didn't purchase the warranty. But I did pay the prep fee of 1699.00! 3 weeks and already 1k in repairs! Carbon filters were replaced by me, which were disgusting. All of this to say, that when you go to this place and sign off on your car, please double check everything and do all the research you can before signing off. You're going to have to pay this fee regardless, so get everything you can done while you are there or at least get promises in writing because once you leave, they are not worried about you one bit. i bought a 2015 Corvette Z51 red had the car for 3 days the check engine light came on and fuel gauge stopped working. drove the car 5 hours back to the dealership under promise it would be fixed free. after a week of it sitting there car wasn't touched drove 5 hours to dealership and took the car back 5 hours with nothing fixed. after 2 weeks the engine on the car seized and was unsalvageable. the engine and price to get it installed was close to $24,000 per dealer quote. after fighting with the dealership i got partial refund and ended up losing $5,000 on the car. don't buy from here. their prices are low for a reason. read more

These guys are so shady. I bought an 2021 Audi S5 at the end of March. Drove 3 hours to purchase and pickup the car. Around 30 minutes before closing, we found out the backup camera system wasn't functional. My sales gal ,Racheal and the manager assured us that the would fix it and make it right, so we bought the car. During the document signing, there was a document, required by law, that states what the dealership owes the buyer. It said that they owed us nothing. We refused to go any further until it was changed to say they owed us a working backup camera system. They said 'we have you covered' by producing a hand written paper that we all signed. They did order a backup camera and I drove 1.5 hours to have it installed at their dealership. The system still didn't work after the camera was installed. The installer threw up his hands and left me on my own. I called and texted numerous times to say my system wasn't working. I have numerous texts and phone calls, that to this moment, have been completely ghosted. After getting pissed about no response, I pulled my purchase file. Amazingly enough, after they took all the signed paperwork to get copies , our hand written document promising what they owed us was missing. We spent over $1400 to finally get the system to work as FFC spent zero effort to fix it. We get the car home and so excited. Week later take it to the car wash and the driver's window is leaking a lot. They had washed the car literally 20 minutes before we drove away and said nothing. I don't even know how low a grade you can go, but if there is one, these guys deserve it. I'm 70 years old and been to many county fairs and don't usually get got, but FFC is apparently very good at what they are good at. read more
