Trash is overflowing, litter is around the toilet stalls, rolls of paper towels sit in water on the sink counters... the sanitary wipes for machines are empty and there is literally litter throughout the gym, on the floor. You have already closed the other local locations of your gyms... are you just riding out this lease as well? It is truly a shame you never figured out how to make this location work.

Employee did not follow policy by giving me proper paperwork and I have to pay for their negligence. The manager refuses to take responsibility for the screw up on the front desk employees, even though other errors like misspelling my name and saying "I was a previous member at Crunch" (Ive never been a member there), shows a pattern of incompetence. On top of speaking with them over the phone and explaining that I don't live in Florida, they charged me for a 3rd time.

This last time I needed him to check metal sensitivities in my body via his use of applied kinesiology, before making a choice to have a dental implant. That's how much I trust his judgment and skills. He was generous enough to squeeze me in when he could and I do not mind waiting, I don't care how long, because that just shows he takes the time necessary with each patient, so you might have to wait. But usually I never do. He's worth the wait no matter what.

May be because he doesn't just work on the spine but the muscles around it as well. Regardless, I don't let anyone else touch my back.
