So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. When we started with this company, they were never able to develop a great schedule so we never knew when they were coming to the property. Then we noticed that our lawn wasn't being mowed at all, but we were still being billed for services. After multiple contacts with the owner Daniel, we were told it would be taken care of. He apologized for not having "skipped" a few weeks due to issues with his staff. We were still billed for these services even when they weren't provided. As a small business owner, I understood his challenges, so we paid believing it would be corrected. When we continued to have our lawn neglected but also receiving more bills (without any services being provided), we told them they we were going in a new direction and hiring a new company. Unbeknownst to us, they continued to take payment directly from our checking account without authorization. When reviewing our finances and discovering this, we contacted them without any response. When we finally got a response, the owner told us that we owed them that money, but I have yet to see any itemized bill that shows this. It got to the point that we had to file fraudulent charges with our bank and block them from having access to the account. We are now receiving emails that we are going to be sent to collections. To get this resolved, we have to hire an attorney to sue them to get our outstanding money back as well as stop the collection calls. Never have I worked with a company that is so unprofessional and devious. It is companies like this that make all the others look bad. There are plenty of lawn care companies- try ANY one of them instead.
