I finally had enough of the run around so I fired him and it took an entire month to respond back as he was wanting to grab a irrigation control box that was given to him and he installed it on my property. Given that I didn't want him to have anything over my head I purchased and installed my own. When he got there he decided to drive in the yard to our shed for a box that weighed 2 lbs. I received a call from my wife asking why a truck was by our shed and why he didn't park and walk. Not thinking anything of it I shrugged it off. In the shed hung thousands of dollars of high-end fishing reels that all the sudden went missing. There is an active investigation against Nick, which he has now missed two interviews and has decided to lawyer up. He is living in a camper and moving around so it's been difficult for them to track him down. Thankfully time is on my side and we have a few ideas to help us along the way. There are also rental companies that Nick dodges as he seems to not pay his bills. A google search on your browser or facebook will reveal who this guy is. Don't fall for the excuses like I did. I should have known better that he robs Peter to pay Paul. Nick I am sure you're reading this... I don't go away. I will either see you out and about eventually or every few months I can set baits to see if you take it. The ideas are endless. A few weeks, a few months, a few years.... I have nothing but time.

Then as he went back out to get in the truck, he saw this horrific site of a monster pine tree that had "just" fallen from our front pasture and taken out two fences blocking the driveway. Public Review - M&R Irrigation (My Experience)…read more About 1.5 years ago, I hired M&R Irrigation to install a simple irrigation line in my backyard and I was charged $4,500. Unfortunately, one line burst last winter, which I believe happened due to poor workmanship. This year, when more lines broke, I called again. He came after 3 days, fixed some heads, and then charged me $385. I don't mind paying $385 if it was clearly quoted before the work, but he told me the amount after finishing and even blamed me for not negotiating beforehand. He also said 5 years warranty, but later did not honor it. My suggestion for future clients: Always get written quotation, written warranty, and receipt copy before and after the job. Otherwise, once work starts, extra charges can be added and it becomes difficult to argue. I had a very bad experience. Maybe others had good service, but I am sharing this to alert everyone.
