My experience with Florida blue reps at this office has been annoyingly frustrating. My call was…read morerouted from the marketplace to their office and unfortunately had the displeasure of working with Emmanuel. He started off by boasting of his 'expertise' as a Florida blue rep and assuring me that my husband and i are in great hands. The insurance was set up in October, after payment and confirming everything he gave a lot of assurances as far as the plan commencement date. When my husband arrived at the clinics he was told his last name was incorrect and placed as the primary and his coverage for dental and health was a month out when I called Emmanuel about the error he became extremely defensive and argumentative and refused to own up to his errors. Eventually, I started to experience more issues with our plan as far as the immigration status etc.. etc and ended up having to restart another plan now. This has NOT been a great experience to say the least.
