Pearl, the dietician initially made lots of promises, very few came to fruition and now she won't respond to my cousin. When I called the facility and spoke to Sarina, I asked for the administrator but she only wanted to give me a nurse that oversees the CNAs . I left a message for Pearl and I'm waiting. Today it is very cold there and they can't comfortably heat the building, my cousin is so cold she can't speak and is very uncomfortable. This is a terrible way to treat elderly long term residents!

She tells me she likes it there. The staff is very kind and patient. At the nursing station, Richard goes out of his way to make sure she is cared for and happy. Because of some skin wounds, the process of moving her back to the memory care facility was very complex. Thats when the Discharge Coordinator Ginger saved the day by coordinating the complex interactions of the: wound doctor, Medicare, and the memory care facility. She was very kind, diligent, and clever through it all. I am so glad that Isles Nursing has such fine employees. It is a great operation!
