Annabel is a very caring professional. She exudes happiness and helped to cheer me up which, I think, helped me to heal. Always helping me with my needs even in the middle of the night and with a smile on her face. I also had a wonderful experience with Thaura Abdalia for several months. Thaura, also very professional and helpful and she is a gentle soul. Always willing to do whatever I asked to be helpful to me. Easy to talk to and my little dog picked up her good vibes and like to hang out by her, she'd get excited to see her when she arrived. I only saw Elizabeth Cruz for three days but I liked her immediately. Also very professional, and couldn't do enough to make sure my every need was taken care of. I would recommend any of these ladies, they would not disappoint. Granniesnannies apparently hires only the best. The company itself needs a little revamping of organizational skills and better technology to track things. This is the reason I gave only 4 stars. The caretakers would get 5 stars.

My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty. It's been about three weeks of working with the team at Jaguar and everyone is great. While it seems typically you'll have at lead PT, mine is Christian, they all work together to help the clients reach their best. I've worked with Justin and Danny too and they have all made me feel comfortable and keep me educated on what's going on and how I can get better. Patty and Will in the front are super friendly too, as well as the PTs in training Cecil and Alex. The space is clean, the staff is attentive, and they have great equipment. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractor services, too. Each session takes about an hour, and what I like best is they truly take their time to make sure you're getting the most out of each session. While I don't wish the need to go to Physical therapy on anyone, Jaguar Therapeutics is definitely a great option if you are in that place. They have multiple locations, too. As for price - I'm sure it varies from insurance to insurance, but with my insurance each session is just $15 which makes this super affordable and well worth it! TY Jaguar Therapeutics fam. I had surgery last week and booked my stay here. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience…read morethat I expected to have. One thing started off bad was that I was not picked up by the staff they just called me an Uber and I was waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes. They say that they take you to all your appointments and drop off your prescriptions and everything you need is taken care of. After my surgery I had a complication and I needed to go back to the clinic. Max had told me she would drop me off but I was responsible for the ride back. This is three days after surgery. I was heavily medicated and could hardly function on my own. I was crying and very upset and had to call myself an Uber to take me back to the house. The traffic is so bad that each way is about an hour even though it's only 12 miles away from the clinic I went to. Then I needed to drop off an additional prescription. She told me she was not going to take me there or drop off the prescription for me and I would have to do it on their own and Uber. I'm walking around in a nightgown heavily medicated stumbling at Walgreens. I developed necrosis after my surgery I asked everyone that was there if it looked normal and they said it was fine I was just part of my healing process. I didn't feel that was accurate. Clearly they aren't experienced or knowledgeable about any type of surgical complications that can happen. They barely even had any supplies that I needed. They have different people working different shifts. It's only one person at a time. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone when you need them. It felt like I was being a nuisance every time I had to call someone to get me something or help me get up out of bed. Every time I needed some thing it seems like nobody knew where anything was. They don't even provide you with a towel and you have to bring your own.They do not have a paging system where you can call for help. They expect you to use your cell phone to send a text message whenever you need them to come for assistance. They say there's 24/7 care however in the middle of the night they're sleeping and there were multiple times where I needed help and had to sit there and text and call when I could hardly move my arms or see straight. They should have someone available to you to help you in the middle of the night. The last day I was there I was crying and begged for the lady to pick up my prescription that I had to drop off on my own. They gave me the feeling that I was all alone and we're not comforting at all. There is one girl name Kendra and she was very nice. Also yvonne was very nice, however again I just felt like it was disorganized and nobody knew where anything was and it was hard to get a hold of them. I really was bothered by the fact that I had to call my own ride to drop off a prescription and get myself back from the clinic. I spent days crying because of my situation and it was almost like they were dismissive of my situation and tried to tell me that I was fine like I was just overreacting. After I got back home I went to the emergency room and I had a severe situation that is requiring me to have reconstructive surgery. I don't know if this is how all the recovery houses are in Miami but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for someone to recover.
