From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.

Although Alexandra Jones is not an MD, she is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and I honestly wouldn't want anyone else as my primary care provider. I see specialists for basically everything, so having a primary who is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly attentive is what matters most to me. She never makes appointments feel rushed, takes the time to really listen, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. It's also very easy to get an appointment when needed, which I really appreciate.

He had ordered MRIs which showed I had advanced stenosis resulting in daily pain and a poor quality of life. I had been suffering for many years following a motor vehicle accident and arthritic changes and I'd been receiving numerous epidurals and meds elsewhere but relief was never permanent and I felt this is no way to live. My visit and meeting Dr Blanco was life changing!! I felt music should have played in the background.. that's how much of a difference that made in my life. He told me about an implantable device that could control my pain and explained that there are many companies making it now. (I was in the picture with them but came out terrible so i cut myself out! They are the superstars anyway!!!!) My next step is to see the neurosurgeon that Dr Blanco recommended who will perform the permanent implant surgery. Of course there will be a review! Let's all keep our fingers crossed!
