We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened.
