I recently bought my house knowing that the sprinkler system would require a major tune-up because of the previous owner's lack of maintenance. Luis kindly fit me into his schedule on the day I called and did a wonderful job at a reasonable rate. He found that a root was growing in a part of the system and several sprinkler heads needed repair, but he stayed late to finish the whole job in one visit! I called Soberal Services on a Thursday to inquire about getting a landscape plan for our development (I'm on the board of directors for the HOA). I spoke to who I assume is the owner and he said he would call me back with a time to meet on Monday. He never called back, so I called him on Sunday to find out the time for Monday and he either hung up on me or we were disconnected. I called him back and he did not answer. Louis at Soberal Services was SO great to work with your repair or Sprinkler that had gone untouched for about two years. He responded quickly, showed up the next day to look at the job, and then was right back after that to complete the job. Altogether, it took about a week to get the pump running, fixing caps am old and broken sprinkler heads, and install a new rotating head that services the entire backyard. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. His prices are fair and his disposition is professional. As we dream about our future yard Luis and Soper will be with us every step of the way!
