This company was hired by my HOA to do standard pesticide and spraying. They ended up spraying on a…read morecompletely different day that was never communicated. I didn't even know they were on the property. Factually, they had a non-English speaking team member spraying grass with skin burning chemicals for over 20 minutes, with no signage posted anywhere. Luckily I speak Spanish and asked what he was spraying and why, but the employee saw me and my service animal be exposed (again, NO SINAGE POSTED!) and said nothing. I was required to contact poison control and seek medical attention, for both myself and my service animal. It was extremely traumatic to not only have this happen, but to have to communicate with Gryphon's "CEO" about their dubious business practices. The owner of this company tried to blame me, in writing, rather than take accountability for the many safety discrepancies. He was unprofessional, emailed at 3am often, seemed not in his right mind, and basically said "oh well we poisoned you and the service animal, you should have known without signage ". This employee who was spraying, still works for the company and handles chemicals, which is super scary. I do have security cameras that had the whole thing on video, and I ended up hiring a lawyer to handle this situation. If you care about safety, avoid the horrible owner and this company! They do not care about your wellbeing, they do not care about normal standard operating procedures with harmful chemicals, nor do they have a competent leader at the top. Avoid like the plague!
