I would use them again! We had a pool leak they were able to come out very quickly within a few days. Found and fixed the leak and it was a very reasonable price. About a week later I noticed the water was getting low again so I called them out. They came back and there was another leak in the same area that he said sometimes will be created by the pressure of fixing the other spot but regardless they fixed it free of charge. I have had Florida Leak Locaters out 3 times and my pool is still leaking. I called again an was told to fill the water half way in the skimmer and put tape at the waterline and take a picture, wait 24 hours and take another picture and send it to them. Though they successfully found a serious leak for me several years ago, but the most recent service call for a .32" a day leak was unsatisfactory. They claimed to have found and fixed the leak but my challenge was delayed beyond the 20 day recall. When contacted again 7 months later they refused to retest without a $195 fee ($150 discount from original $345). I contend the original leak was not fixed and a free retest is warranted. read more

One review critiqued the way they drive? Really?? Don't know what that has to do with repairing pool leaks. So, Here's my review based on my experience. My pool is ~8 years old and was leaking so I hired FLL (Florida Leak Locaters) to find and fix the leak. There were multiple leaks and it took a couple of visits however FLL stood behind their work and their tech Willie was absolutely amazing. Very detail focused to make sure the job was done properly. So, bottom line is I would refer FLL for the quality of the working the fact they stand behind their work. read more

I had tried 3 different pool companies to diagnose and repair a obvious air leak in my system. Florida Leak Locators came out and in the span of 30 minutes Mark, the technician, figured it out. I had a leak on my vacuum line, he patched it and viola no air leak. He was very personable and very professional. Now the downside, don't go to their website and fill out the contact form, they don't respond. When they tell you they will call you the morning of your appointment o let you know what time frame they will arrive, they won't. That is the administrative end, that should be an easy fix for them. Had some water intrusion and found Florida Leak Locators with an Internet search. They referred me to a company they work with that deals with house leaks since FLL deals with plumbing and pools. What a waste of $350. They came over and came up with the obvious: there's a leak. The repair quote was over $2500 for something I prefer to trust to a roofer. In today's day it is difficult to find a company that values their customers and makes sure they are happy and satisfied. While it took four times to finally correct my pool leaking they never gave up. Jeff indicated they would keep coming back until the problem was rectified. My leak appeared to be in multiple places and what a feeling knowing there are still great companies out there that are not always chasing the $$$. My hats off to small businesses that care. Outstanding Value. We were plagued by a constant leak in our pool that no one could find. After a call to this company, technician arrived on time, used some listening devices, and even got into a wet suit and inspected underwater. Called Florida Leak Locators yesterday Wednesday Apr 10, 2013 at 954-781-4219 got a quote for my pool leak test for $245, told her over the phone that I will call back tomorrow to confirm schedule for Friday, I called back today Thursday Apr 11, 2013 to confirm for Friday got a different quote for $295, then got transferred over to Manager telling me sorry bla, bla ,bla, and giving me a third quote of $345.. These guys are a waste of space. First, they charged $258 to come to a house I own in Florida that was leaking through a window, and gave me a 5-line "report" that said (obvious) things like "I confirmed water intrusion", and "causing water damage." No kidding. Then, the idiot "technician" went and told my tenant a whole bunch of things about possible mold and advised HER that I should file an insurance claim and gave her a card for an adjuster, etc. Apparently he was trying to hit on her or impress her with his "leak detectin' skills".
