New Image built my pool about 5 years ago and its still running great. I had an issue with the pool pump after a year and they swapped it out under the warranty with no issues. Mike Bonneville was my Sales Rep and he did a great job of telling me what to look for in a pool installer so I don't end up getting scammed or fooled in to something I didn't know I didn't want. An example is brick pavers. He warned me most S FL pools have the same brick pavers as the driveway because the original housing developer saved money and used extra bricks from the driveways or just ordered an extra pallet to save costs. Those bricks get HOT under the Sun and your kids will have to run across it to jump in the pool. An easy test is to try to walk barefoot across your driveway on a hot sunny day at 2pm to get your mail. New Image uses travertine tile at no additional cost. Kids can walk all over them all day long and it never burns. Other extras these guys added in a whole piece of stone for my jacuzzi overflow. I included a picture and it looks great. They also cut the bricks instead of using whole pieces and oversized mortar joints. I also included a picture. The entire pool coping edge is perfectly level. When it pours rain or if I purpose flood my pool, the water doesn't pour out in one spot, it evenly crests all around. This is NOT an easy task to do. The other cool feature I have that my friends pools does not is a drain hole just under the coping in the deep end. I'm not sure if this is a new code, but it saves me the time to have to drain the pool when it over fills from storms. Other people have to drag out a drain hose and hopefully don't forget and lower it too much. I don't have to do anything. About a day after the heavy rain stops, the water level returns to just below where the drain hole is. I would have have recommended New Image to friends and one other person did use them and she was also very happy with her new pool. read more

Since day 1 my pool has been a nightmare. I had a stroke during construction so I guess I was taken advantage of. Cracked tiles, sinking tiles, & it doesn't drain, so it floods. Oh well... read more

We just had our pool refinished and the quality of the work done was outstanding. We bought our house which had been a rental property for a number of years and the neglect of the previous owner was evident throughout. The pool was in rough shape and the transformation is incredible. We had the old coping and tiles removed, the marcite sand blasted. We then had new tiles and coping installed and the whole pool resurfaced with diamond bright. We had several quotes for the job and this quote was the most reasonable. The people who came to work on the pool were polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. Dealing with the office was a pleasure and our job finished ahead of schedule and at the quoted cost. If you are looking to have your pool repaired, I would highly recommend this company. read more

I called on 8/30/17 after calling about 13 other companies for help (who were unable to help me at all). These guys were great! They were able to point me in the right direction for some restoration work in fixing/updating artificial rock around my pool. They gave me a number of resources and were the nicest people. It was so nice of them to spend the time speaking with me in such a consultative manner. I am writing this review with frustration due to the lack of involvement from New Image Pools with following through with their project from start to finish. I just got off the phone with Kim who handles office relations and is your voice in ANYTHING/EVERYTHING to do with a project at New Image Pools...that being said, Kim is someone who you DO NOT want to deal with. Her tone of voice and slow replies is something that she finds acceptable. Spend the extra money and go with a pool company that is going to take care of you and not leave you in the dark about what is going on with construction updates and especially inspection. The supervisor, Steven, overseeing my pool project has been difficult enough to reach (2 voicemails and still no call back to this day) along with an e-mail to Kim directly which took 8 weeks to obtain a response from. I currently am awaiting a THIRD final inspection for my pool. I contacted New Image Pools via phone and e-mail asking if I could temporality take down our baby pool guard fence to seal our travertine tile we just had installed. Because they did not tell us when they were scheduling the final inspection (even though we tried by phone and e-mail to contact them before temporarily taking down first) we failed inspection. They rescheduled the inspection without having one of their employees make sure we were okay for final inspection the second time. Now, the city is requiring TWO requirements instead of ONE requirement as a barricade because they had to come out multiple times due to lack of communication with New Image Pools who is the overseer of our whole pool project! This is their job we have paid them good money to do. When speaking with Kim she states there is nothing they can do on their end and we have to spend additional money to change the fence around our property (not just our pool) in addition to the $ 1,700-dollar baby pool fence we just purchased. If you let New Image Pools start a project for your home, in the end you will be paying MORE money and have MORE stress worrying about them doing their job properly! read more

FYI - THIS COMPANY IS SO BUSY THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS SO DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME CALLING THEM. I called this company two times got voice mail during regular hours. Left a voice message never called me back. Today, called again told girl what I was looking for. She acknowledged they do that kind of work. Then put me on hold after speaking with someone. I was told not interested in doing a re-surface job. They are busy for at least 6 months out. This sounds more like a blow off. read more

15 months after they finished building the pool and the deck the deck is already sinking...I paid an extra $5000 in order to compact the ground for the pool....The deck that is connected to the pool is sinking...I called and explained the situation and they told me that there is a one year warranty for decks, so Im stuck with a sinking deck which i need to fix now before it gets worse read more
