I came on time and the doctor reviewed a new scan they just took with a very sophisticated X-ray machine. The doctor reviewed, asked me some history and tapped away until he decided that my tooth was in good shape other than the fact that I had some bone loss and the root was very much alive. It was protocol that I consult with him since there was a shadow on my original X-ray from Seda Dental. This office was beautiful and immaculate with up/to-date equipment. If I needed a root canal, I would definitely come back.

The office called me many times to make sure I was okay, to recommend pain relief strategies, and continued to check up on me until the pain was resolved. It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

He is very caring and explains everything. He has a great personality and kept me calm throughout the procedure. He even made me laugh. Follow up was excellent. All the girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful on the phone and in he office. I have been to six dental offices since I came to Fla two years ago, becaue I was couldn't find anyone I felt comfortable with. I pleased to say I can now add Dr Rubinstein to the "good" list.

They tried to tell me I needed to get more recent x-rays but is all my insurance plan provides. They insisted in took them even though I told them I was not going to be responsible for paying. Even though I was having no issues they brought up the images on a huge screen in the treatment room and told me I needed gum therapy, several fillings removed and more. It was like a used car lot where the hygienist did an assessment and then sent me in to see their business manager for the estimate of over $1000. They are a total scam and trying to up charge for unnecessary procedures. I do not recommend.

Dr Goetz was very good, professional, attentive and careful to access the situation. I thought I needed a crown but the Dr felt the tooth was in tact and a filling would be fine. Well I was delighted it didn't need the crown. He also checked prior to see that the nerve was not involved and thankfully it wasn't. I'm in the profession a dental hygienist myself So I appreciate the honesty. Many would have Insisted on a crown for the extra money But the correct treatment prevailed.
