Salesman named Jesus showed up and made a good speech. We bought into it. He never showed up again but only other people came to install. Salesman Jesus never followed up and never came to check if everything is okay but we only got threatening calls to pay in cash. Only few weeks past and it's already leaking but Jesus is gone and no one is helping. Be careful when you are being asked to pay in cash and they demand it immediately. read more

They were hired by our roofing company after the roofing company messed up our almost new gutters. They were quick but we are still waiting for a rainstorm to see how they work. Double check your driveway and don't walk around without shoes outside after they leave. We found so many nails and screws left in our driveway and around the perimeter of the house after they left. Also one guy asked for water and sodas when he arrived. I didn't mind because it was super hot outside and I put some in a cooler with ice. After they left, I realized they took our cooler with them. Some parts of the gutters look good but some parts look like they were done too quickly and with not much care. I had to specifically ask for a couple of things that weren't as they were in the beginning and they did complete most of those requests. read more

It took a couple reschedulings due to weather, but all is well now!! With my dawn to dusk work schedule, I haven't gotten up on the ladder yet to see how it all is (looks GREAT from the ground), but my wife assured me that they spent a good amount of time listening to her concerns about the two areas we'd had issues with, cut some new length of gutter and showed her how they angled it better now, and even carefully removed the Christmas lights we still had up and replaced them on the new gutter in such a way I couldn't even tell! Installation was cancelled and rescheduled three times. I could understand the first due to rain, but the second day (which they say was due to weather) was a perfect day until 5PM. No excuse not to do the installation. On the third try, they were to show up at 9AM. As of 11AM, I had no calls and could not get through to the main number. When I finally reached the office, they told me the installers were at my house. Not true. I finally relented and cancelled. Got a call about 11:30 that the installer was 30 minutes away. Told him not to bother. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and poor excuses. read more

We have been in our home for almost a year now and knew it was time for new gutters plus some soffits as well. In our previous home we needed to have new gutters put in and we used Storm Solutions at the time, we got quotes from them for the same job on our new home and they were very expensive coming in about $2k more on the cost of the job, so we called Florida Seamless Gutters to get a quote they came in much lower for the same quality product as Storm Solutions and their workers TJ and Diego arrived, removed all the old gutters, replaced with the new, and cleaned up all of it in a matter of 2 hours. I am so pleased with their work and their professionalism was second to none. I would recommend them to anyone. I called and scheduled to have a sales person come out. They were not available until the following Thursday so we scheduled for 9:00am. Thursday came and no one showed. I called the office to see if maybe they were just running late. Got a recording and I left a message asking if I should wait. It is now 7:00pm and I haven't heard a thing. Glad I didn't wait all day. Would not recommend based on this level of service. read more

Got a call to reschedule, second scheduled time, again, NO CALL AND NO SHOW. I then got a call a few days later they were on there way to install. I told them not to bother as I had found another company. Very poor communication, professionalism and courtesy of customers time. Price is low for a reason. I called on Wednesday of last week to schedule work for a quote I was given. I was told that someone would call me on Saturday to schedule. So, when no one called on Saturday, I called Monday at noon to schedule, I told them I could do any day this week, I just needed an am or pm time for the appointment day. They informed me to give them a couple of days and they could give me a date and time. I am a property manager and deal with plenty of vendors and not one has taken a week to schedule a time and date, that will make the company money. They have a calendar in front of them with the entire schedule of the services. Besides, even if they didn't have the schedule, they would make you an appointment and reschedule you later. She wouldn't even do that. When I informed her that I had 3 bids and I would call the next company on the list, she said, and I quote. Sir we are a construction company, and you deal with Residential, we deal with commercial. LOL! This is a commercial building you quoted to do the work on. I let her know at that point I would not be needing the service. Thanks, but NO Thanks. read more
