The estimator was super polite and thorough and gave a good feeling about selecting this company for 3 sections of new/replacement gutter after a roof replacement. Unfortunately the installers rushed through the install and paid no attention to sloping the gutters. They blamed the roof edge and drip edge (which are straight/level) for the unlevel look. I got out a 4' level and in a couple sections the gutter was out of level by 1/2" over 4' the wrong way and other areas nearly as bad. I pointed out all the areas I was not happy with and they redid those areas somewhat and ended up with very slightly sloped or level gutters. I would not recommend this company - the homeowner should not have to be the inspector/manager/quality-control for this type of work. read more

**2 stars for the scheduling experience; 5 stars for the installation experience** We scheduled Orlando Seamless Gutters to come out and because they had said they'd be here between 9-9:30 and it was almost 10am, I called the office. They said "yep, you're on the schedule for today" so I hung up. A few minutes later, we got a call saying "we won't be able to make it today." My husband insisted on speaking with the owner and the scheduler said Sure, and meanwhile can we get you scheduled for Weds (two days later)? We said Sure. There were a few messages left and back fort but come that Wednesday morning, my husband called in and got through to the owner only come to find out yet another scheduling error had happened-- despite the scheduler saying they'd be there, the owner thought we didn't want to be scheduled until we got in touch with them personally (not what we had said or what was told to us; we were told we're on the schedule for Weds). Owner apologized, but it was odd how poor the communication appeared to be between the scheduler and the owner and back again. we had to reschedule once again; which we did. Rufus and someone else (I believe his name was Kevin) were out here working to make sure our gutters were in tip-top shape. They were both personable and knowledgeable. The estimator recommended one thing; but Rufus indicated that removing the existing screening wasn't needed and they had cleaned it thoroughly and also added a splash guard so our super gutters wouldn't have the rain spillover. Because it hasn't rained heavily since, the result remains to be seen, but they indicated if we aren't happy with everything that they'd come out again and fix whatever was wrong. read more

When my original gutters were installed, I did not follow their recommendations, and my planter beds became swimming pools in rain storms. So, I had them come back.....and they did.....and installed more gutters where I needed them....am presently watching a deluge come down, my planter beds are no longer underwater. OSG came when promised, did the work faster than promised, and left a solution in place!!!! read more

Bruno and Andrea (the two men who came out and did the install) were very courteous, professional, did an excellent job of installing the new gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up when they were done! I would recommend Orlando Seamless Gutters to anyone who wants really excellent quality gutters for their home/residence or business. Hired this company to do a complete rescreen after Hurricane Irma. Quote came in around those of other companies, perhaps a bit higher, but I appreciate a good business reputation. With that being said, the workmanship was so poor it seemed intentional. Countless areas of cut corners and sloppy finishing. Screens were loose and mostly untrimmed (often leaving large swaths uncut - see pictures). They tried to spray paint (not kidding) a screen panel that had manufactured defects, instead of replacing it. On the back, upper area that covers 5 panels, they just ran it across the entire gram instead of splining each panel. Lazy beyond belief. They cracked my pool deck in two areas as well. A manager came out a couple days later and fixed the majority of things but told me he couldn't check the top because "he was afraid of falling". I have since noticed similar problems up there but mostly out of sight. The manager told me how to fix the deck....yeah Avoid this company if you are looking for screen work. absolutely terrible job re- installing my gutters after a roof install. owner came out started saying his subpar work was to standard and then LIED saying his team did not use my old gutter covers that were bent and out of ruined from the roof install and new ones were needed. told me i was going to "apologize" to him and started recording asking for an apology bc he reused my old gutters even though they were supposed to use new ones. gutters are bent. gutters are hanging off. spacers are visible. garbage everywhere. cant wait to post up the recording of the owner talking to customers how he does. stay far far away. Approached OSG following Hurricane Urma and received a reasonable quote for replacement gutters and screens to prevent organic matter falling into the gutters... Unfortunately on the day of the install, the gutters we not properly installed, nor were the screens installed on the tops. This caused the gutters to fill and remain filled with water and organic material- eventually pulling them away form the facia. It took two additional call outs to OSG before the pitch of the gutters was almost right and the screens placed on the tops. Since the OSG job was completed we had noticed that large volumes of water were running down the front of the house and washing large areas of mulch away. I approached OSG to see if there could be a remedy for this. I was told an additional install of a further downspout would be necessary. I agreed to move forward with the works and requested some additional facia works. I pre paid 40% in good faith. At the moment, the additional works have not addressed the issue, and I will add that the install does not look quite as clean / flush as I would have liked. The new downspout looks great but the location of the additional works is completely inappropriate to capture any of the rain water it was intended to. It remains dry. Having had to contacted OSG a number of times with my concerns, I have to say, I'm extremely frustrated. I have been made to feel, ill informed and told that " I should have known" about various technicals spesifications of the gutters and facia and now certainly feel less than a valued return customer. I am in the middle of remediation negotiations with Ryan and will update this score as and when the issue closes. To date, I feel like a fool for returning business to a company who (in my opinion) honestly [seems] like they couldn't care less... I am currently about $1700.00 out of pocket and the rain is still washing away my mulch. There are many choices out there...... read more

Robert just left after giving me my estimate and I couldn't be happier! Not only did he call to let me know he was on his way but he was actually here between the 9-10am window that they setup not, "we'll be there sometime between 9-6pm". Very nice, very professional and he didn't try to up-sell anything. I was expecting to get a ridiculous quote but it was 1/2 the price I had budgeted for. I set an appointment for an estimate with Rob on Saturday between 3-4 in the afternoon. Turned out to be the one and only sunny Saturday in August and a fantastic boating day, which we would have loved to enjoy if Rob had the courtesy to call and say he couldn't make it. Instead we sat around waiting on a person who never showed up. When I called the front desk this morning, the receptionist said she'd call back, but never did. The installers were nice enough but poor, poor workmanship. 1. First, they cleaned my and left all the rotten, smelly leaves in my yard and just blew them of to the side. In the past, when I've had my gutters cleaned, these service company removed the material removed. I guess I should have asked. They didn't even clean some of the gutters on the North side of the house. This not what I expect for $350. 2. Then they put a new 1/2 round gutter on the front of the house. They spray painted the holders in place getting white paint on my new black shingles. I guess it was too hard to put something over the shingles when painting. They also put a hole in the new gutter and didn't even fill it. The way they attached the 1/2 round to the rafter cause some to split. Should have used a pilot hole. 3. The owner Ryan called wanting to know where his money was and was not willing to help make the situation right. Too bad. I've got a lot more gutter work. read more

We hired and had gutters installed for our home on October 16, 2017 by Orlando Seamless Gutters. Robert was very professional in giving us a quote and keeping us informed as to when the work would be complete. However, we are very disappointed in the way our home was left after the installation of the gutters. Dirt and debris was scattered all over our landscaping, air conditioning unit, sidewalk, side of our home and courtyard. Portions of our old gutters, pieces of cut up aluminum from our new gutters along with multiple long bolts as pictured were not just left but thrown in our yard. read more

The estimator came out and kind of said yes to most of my questions and expectations for installing new gutters. When the worker in charge came out it was a bit of a different story. I had seen where an approximate 3 ft. piece of gutter section looked unsightly crooked and he told me it needed to be that way in order to attach to an adjacent diagonal piece which was about 8 ft long. Since I didn't like the way the crooked piece looked so I asked him to take off the diagonal piece altogether and straighten out the horizontal 3ft section. What I got was a poor attitude and every excuse why it should not be done. I tried calling the office but did not get a return call after leaving a couple of messages. At the end the worker did as I asked and it looked much better and after reassessing my decision later on I became even more affirmed that the diagonal piece was not that important in the first place. It took them about an hour longer to complete the job but I was much happier with the result. There was no reason I could imagine why they had to leave any earlier but I'm guessing that they were getting paid by the job and not by the hour. Sometimes dealing with a big company that sends out crews is not as good as dealing with a small contractor owner that does the work himself and is more apt to satisfy. read more
