I went one year with white grout and it made me paranoid about the grout getting dirty. I used the Angie app to get estimates from contractors. I got about 4 estimates and going with the Grout Restorer was a no brainer. Martin was always on time for the estimate as well as the job. He provided a through estimate and he was the most knowledgable of all the people that came to my house to survey the job. I had Martin and his team of four people come and do work on my house. I didn't believe that they'd be able to finish the job in a day but they did! His team is very professional and they are super kind people. Karen especially went above and beyond with her work. I'm a perfectionist so having it look perfect was important to me. The grout color that I had told Martin I wanted ended up looking more brown than I expected. Even though the team had done almost two rooms, Karen was able to color match a grout color that made my tile and grout blend together to the point where you didn't notice the grout anymore. They all did such an amazing job. Martin also doctored my bathroom showers and made them look new again. I'm so pleased with their work. I could never have done the job they were able to do. They are very talented people and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have to say, in my opinion it was a complete disaster from start to finish (oh! if it was actually finished). They came out and looked at the roof, and tarped it due to a couple small leaks. I asked over and over for a written estimate, they refused they told me they only go by what the adjuster puts in his report. To me that was odd, the moral of the story is you are not able to shop prices with them, I think I should have been able to get a cash price from them, what does it really matter, in the end they are getting paid immediately anyway. I just could not understand this philosophy, had I not already tarped the roof I would have just went to someone else. So if the insurance estimate was high, they got all the profit and I got nothing out of it. Unfortunately due to it being the hurricane we were all at the mercy of the contractors. I have still to this day never received a receipt, nor have they even bothered to come and finish the interior painting that was included in my insurance estimate. I have called numerous times and still have got nothing, I have been told we are working on it, I guess I should have never given them the check until the job was complete.

Get Er Done concrete is possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Started out great…read morecame right out and went to work. However once the second payment was made (you know the big one) it was like pulling teeth to get him even to respond. After the base material was down and forms in place it took two months for him to actually pour the cement. I should have had a drain installed as the outer edge was easily a quarter inch higher than the middle shop floods every time it rains. Then he calls and said his check bounced for the concrete used to pour my slab and a lien was going to be placed on my home! After 10 months of continuous calls and texts most having no response he was finally able to get me paid so I could pay the bill my self. He sent a crew out to install a box drain the width of the concrete, honestly I think a child could have done just as good a job. It looks terrible and I still have water coming into the shop. This nightmare will never end let's go back to the day it was poured he shows up hung over and throwing up everywhere. His power trowel broke and he disappeared for a few hours. Probably missing the opportunity to have it be affective ( I don't know I'm not a concrete guy). Never prepared I actually had to go and pick up the drain segments myself and another trip to buy the couplings to hold them together. No generator unbelievable. If you value your sanity and have any hope of a job well done FIND another company as you will be disappointed. My dream shop is sitting on an absolute turd!!
