I fell and hurt my back and was in terrible pain. At age 80 there are no minor falls without severe…read moreconsequences. I went to Holy Cross Emergency. I had an MRI but it didn't show much. I tried to get into Holy Cross Orthopedics, but they only had to spinal specialists and no matter my pain and agony, they couldn't see me for over a month. So, I left the hospital with nothing but a bunch of rather ineffective pain pills. About a year before, my partner had a spinal problem and had sought medical help from Florida Spine Associates. He was thrilled with them. So, I checked them out on Yelp and Goggle and was delighted with the outstanding credentials of their doctors. I gave Kamerlink Pain Institute a phone call and was able to make an appointment with Dr. Kamerlink within a week, as he honestly cared that I was in great pain. Since then, I've had two spinal injections and I am much better. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kamerlink who is a most caring helpful and understanding doctor.

He did a procedure that same day and by the following day I was pain free. I couldn't believe it. The office is clean and very pleasant. Office staff was wonderful. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Kamerlink to anyone who is in need of his expertise.

PLEASE DON'T LET DR. SAHAI TOUCH YOU! GO FOR OTHER OPINIONS!!! Dr. Sahai did a lumbar fusion on…read moreme Nov. 2013!! He told me it was what he did everyday, I would be out of pain and back to working as a dental assistant within a few months. Long story short, I was in more pain after the fusion at L5/S1. Post-Op pain was more than I ever experienced. This was with taking 2 - 10/375 mg Oxycodone, every 4 hrs, and time release Oxycotin every 12 hours. Less than a week after surgery, I felt a POP in my leg, I couldn't walk, there was a huge hard lump on the side of my hip, and the sharp, burning pain had me screaming! Dr. S. told me that my IT BAND POPPED, and he expected that to happen. I requested my records... I was told, what records? FF 3 years, after the screws placed had all broken, and my Coxic bone was vertically cracked. I went to Spine Instatute at Emory University and had an appointment scheduled at Stanford Univ. After looking at Pr-Op MRI, the surgeon at Empory told me the HE would never had done surgery on me from the beginning, nor did he feel comfortable fixing this mess. I finally found a well known Surgeon at Miami University. He operated from the back to clean up and replace the hardware. Then went through my abdomen, taking out my guts, to fuse from the front of the spine. Yes, the hardware was fixed, but the nerve damage was done and the pain has never gone away. My Neurologist took over my monthly pain management, still today in 2026.

I asked for help with chronic pain and was immediately put into their cogg machine of money making experiments. The surgeon said my other surgeon botched the last surgery and that he could fix it in 2 hours. All I need to do is a bunch of expensive visits then hope for authorization for a fusion. The doctor said I would have to come every month on top of other visits if I wanted my prescription which would cost more that my prescription each visit. I'm finding our really fast that Flirida Doctors are all about making money over caring for patients. I feel helpless now, not sure what to do next.

I had back surgery a year ago that didn't do much help, so my surgeon recommended Dr. Rosenblatt…read morefor pain management. She met me in the hospital and had me make an appointment for a lower spine epidural. I arrived on time, signed in, then was escorted to a small waiting area for several minutes. An assistant came and got me, brought me into the room, then instructed me to remove my shirt and lay face down on the table. I did so, and a minute later, Dr. Rosenblatt arrived. She began to swab my upper back just below my neck, then inserted a needle three times. Having no idea what to expect, I assumed (bad move) she was numbing my spine prior to doing the lower back epidural. After the third injection, I looked up and asked why she was working on my upper back when the pain I was experiencing was in my lower back. She responded by telling me I was there for neck pain. Concerned, I sat up and told her that no, I was there for lower back and leg pain. She then asked me nonchalantly if my name was Charles McCluskey. Alarmed, I stood up and told her that was not who I was. I then asked her what she had injected into my neck, and she replied with a wave that at least I wouldn't have headaches any time soon because she gave me three doses of steroids. She then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I signed the paperwork. This was laughable as every doctor I have been too has asked me what my name was and why I was there before doing any kind of procedure. Dr. Rosenblatt's immediate deflection of any kind of wrongdoing is reprehensible. Had she admitted that she had made a mistake, I could have forgiven her. However, she chose to place the blame on me for signing paperwork that her office staff placed in front of me. What would have happened if I had an allergic reaction to the steroids? This office is very unprofessional from the doctor to the staff. Consider another doctor for pain management!
