I've probably had 50 contractors doing work on my property over the past 19 years. Like most people, I've had very bad contractors which have recently cost me large sums of money, so I've had to have the work corrected. I've also had the exceptional contractors who far excel beyond my expectations.
In all of my experiences, Florida Sunroom and Screen Enclosures are probably at the top of my list of the very best experiences I've had. The important part to consider though is that my screen enclosure was the MOST DIFFICULT that they've ever installed! In fact it took them several extra weeks to install it.
Here is why they excelled so far above almost all the other contractors that I've used;
1). They were on time.
2) They cleaned up their mess.
3) The work quality was impeccable.
4) If something needed correcting they gladly admitted it, and the scheduled appointment for repair was completed on time.
5) If they added changes to the (county permitted) project, it was usually no additional cost, ie., added guttering in two places, added an additional Florida Glass panel, and several electrical outlets, are some of the examples.
6) If I made an additional add to the contract it was always at a very reasonable cost like; changed out screen panels from 20/20 screen to Solar screen (all had sap droppings from the trees), curtain rods, and LED Lighting.
7) I was the first customer they had installed LED lighting for and it was a learning experience for them and me. It was far more complicated, than they had anticipated, but again they never came back to ask for more money, then what was initially agreed to for the material costs, even though the costs exceeded their initial estimate.
8) I liked their electrician so much, that I've already used him on two other unrelated projects, and both jobs were completed with great satisfaction.
9) This company operated at the very highest levels of integrity, and customer centered focus. Every employee (I met 7-8 of them) really enjoyed there work and understand that a happy customer is what there focus is. A key example of this was 3-4 areas were missed in the contract which was easy to do, because once again this was probably the largest and was the most complex screen enclosure they've built in over 20+ years, however Nathan remembered every area discussed and readily added it to the contract at no additional cost.
10) The last point I want to emphasis the MOST, I suspect that the company lost a large amount of money on my project, because it took a total of almost 8 weeks to build my enclosure and they had estimated 2-3 weeks. They never for a single moment ever looked frustrated, aggravated, asked or even slightly intimated wanting more money, but instead ADDED more work; like extra guttering, curtain rods, replaced better screen tracking under of the pool deck, replaced or tightened screen panels, moved control boxes for LEDS without a single complaint or cost. On some of these occasions they noticed these repairs and did them without EVEN ASKING. They would not leave the job site until the work was up to their very high standards and I was completely satisfied.
Now you understand why this was the most compelling circumstance to demonstrate why I'm the most satisfied I've ever been, and why Florida Sunroom and Screen Enclosures tops my long list of the very best companies that have done work for me. read more
