Professionals know better than to name names when they're dealing with someone known for threatening lawsuits (among other things). And you're not the only company who does it, unfortunately, but you're one of the worst. IMO. But all those workers you allegedly fired to "make room" for cheap replacements? They existed. So did the installers who walked when the promises broke. Instead of obsessing over usernames, maybe ask yourself why so many skilled hands vanished--and why none are rushing back. read more

Well, the reviews here are hard to read and believe...but I do have a positive experience with this company. I was about to wait a month for Pensacola Glass to just come out and diagnose an issue with our condo slider, when our agent said they knew someone who could come out in a few days, so we obviously took her up on that offer. Darren came out and took great care of us and I would contact Folkers again if we have something going on with our door in the future. read more

Their price was high, but not as high as the competition so I went with them. BIG MISTAKE!!! Of the 7 purchased, During the 1st year, the same 6 ft front window lost the seal and had to be repaired. The 3rd year 5 more windows had seals broken including the same one already repaired 2x. It took 1.5 years (Yes that's right) to get the windows ordered. They made several appointments with me to install them and then canceled on me the day before. Due to my job (truck driver) I had to take a week off every time the appts were made. I had to go all the way to Pensacola to pick up the windows if I wanted them. After all that - they don't fit! I wasted $5000 with this company. Enter at your OWN RISK! The installation team was OUTSTANDING. However the in house and logistics side were horrible. After 1 year from the order date we finally have received all the windows for installation. The in house communication to us was nearly non-existent and they busted their contract date of 32 weeks for the installation with next to no communication from them on the hold-ups. The only good part was the installation team, as they worked proficiently and kept us informed of the issues that they encountered. The rest was sub standard to poor. read more

They are too busy to be bothered with a "one window job and our minimum is $3500 so move along buster" as the lady said. I have an upstairs window that needs to be replaced with a Hurricane Rated Window, Dbl Hung, 5' x 6' opening, two windows installed with a mullion between the two. I will shop elseware. read more

We have had Folkers replace all our windows and garage doors with hurricane resistant windows and doors. We have been very happy with their work. They have been neat and did not damage any sheet rock when replacing the windows. They were very easy to deal with and I highly recommend them. read more

I have been waiting for my warranty since March 2021 after I noticed one of my impact widows I purchased from Folkers had busted a seal and moisture and mildew formed inside the pane . I am not sure what cause it but I noticed it couple weeks later and sales manager said it wasn't covered until hurricane Sally but I only noticed it weeks after . So long story short Folkers ignored me since my warranty had ran out 2 weeks after the warranty was expired and told me it would be 50% covered I agreed and still no communication and no return calls from Folkers . They are just ignoring this sit. read more

I really don't understand how this company can get a 4.0 rating except for people that are happy after their purchase. When they need their customer service skills they will have buyers remorse. If Folkers Window Company was Doctor their patients would be dead waiting for the return call with their lab results. I called for a week straight to ask for service was told each time someone would call back. Called asked for manager to speak to sane result no response. Sloppy work, SLOW completion, lack of communication and professionalism. Owners make zero attempt to verify legitimate complaints and come to a resolution. Let it be known that this business has only been under current ownership since 2014 and they continue to use the name Folkers, but definitely do NOT provide the level of service the name used to be associated with. read more

We had Folker's install our new windows, vinyl siding around top part of house, install new doors, and also new shutters on our home. We were kept up-to-date of installation dates through phone calls and emails, also received emails on delay issues. We had two very polite and experienced workers from Folkers install our product and they did an excellent job. They always made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left each day, it took 5 days to get it all done. They also was very nice about my picky things. The sales rep did a good job explaining everything and was always a call away to answer questions or if I emailed him he responded quickly. I had an issue with my doors and the matter was resolved very quickly and taking care of with no hesitation. I highly recommend Folkers to anyone needing new windows, doors, vinyl siding, shutters. read more

We had Folkers replace 26 windows with Impact glass hurricane windows back in November. It took about 2 months to order the windows.The installation quality was excellent. Did not have to due any additional interior work after the installation because of the quality of work. Both installers did a great job and were on time as scheduled. One of the installers had to leave for an emergency, so they sent another person a few hours later and completed the job on schedule. A few months later the glass in one of the windows cracked. Called Folkers and they ordered a new window and had it replaced in 3 weeks. Would not hesitate recommending them. read more

Although it started off to a rough start, we are overall satisfied with the job. It was very difficult to get the instillation scheduled and it was put off longer than estimated. The 2 man crew that came out to do the siding were outstanding! They did an excellent job and were gentleman! The final inspection was not scheduled as was discussed so I had to call them back and see what the issue was. Come to find out, they had never called the county. read more

We had windows installed about a year and a half ago. Just recently we had a small problem I called Folker's the lady who answered the phone was real nice even had us send a picture of what was going on. The technician came right at the scheduled time was very polite and took care of the problem quickly.
