I genuinely enjoy shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods, including this location--so why the one-star…read morereview? Because as a golfer, I absolutely dread visiting the golf department. There is a thin woman with a raspy voice who works in (or manages) that department, and every interaction with her is unpleasant. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and acts as if any basic question is an interruption. If she's folding clothes and you ask for help, she reacts as though you're inconveniencing her. On multiple visits, I've asked about a single club regrip while I shop, and she responds with visible annoyance and a rundown of how busy she supposedly is--only for me to return 10 minutes later and find her chatting with coworkers. I've had other Dicks employees regrip a club for me in less than 10 minutes. She is, frankly, a terrible representative for Dick's Sporting Goods, and her attitude is the primary reason I will not be returning to this store.

When she goes in to return it, she's told that she's not able to return it because it was a sale item at the time. This makes some sense until you consider that everything was on sale during Christmas time and that returning a shirt should not be a Herculean task in 2026. She asks to exchange the shirt for another one, which the cashier (not sure if this was the owner or employee) allowed. Originally, she would've had to pay $16 for an exchange, but some kind of markdown allowed her to pay $5. $5. To exchange a shirt that she should've been able to return The other reviews for this place also seem to check out with this experience lol

This man has no clue how to run a business and interact professionally with people. Notice how he doesn't deny cursing loudly in front of children. He leaves out the fact he was on the giving us the middle finger while security caught him doing it. Absolute disgrace. Hopefully he matures into the big boy he is. Wish I could leave zero stars. Last post and then I'm done with these fools. So the man "holding me back" was also threatening to fight you? If someone was wanting to "fight" you, why would they hold each other back? That makes absolute zero sense. Caught in a lie there. Dylan really needs to go back and watch the security footage so that maybe he can see his errors. No one threatened to fight you and no one was being held back. But as I stated. I had a close eye on my child. He was simply looking. By the way, if it was such a breakable high dollar item like you seem to think it was, why was it laying on the floor? As you can see, these people love being confrontational and are unworthy of any business.
