Brought my new BMW 330I to Florida Window tinting to get an estimate and information on window tinting. I met with Marlon who is a super nice guy and he gave me various options for my car. I decided on the ceramic tinting and was able to get an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. Marlon took my car in at 9am and called me at 11am to let me know the car was ready. When I came to pick it up, Marlon explained what I should and shouldn't do for the next few while the tinting cures. My car looks great and I am extremely happy with the service Marlon provided. Marlon was super. 10 years ago I bought a townhouse that has only one window (upstairs in a guest bedroom), and the rest is sliders. It was not tinted at the time because it was broken and needed replacement eventually. It faces due west and the room would have been sun-baked if not for the acordian hurricane shutter that didn't need to be opened, per the local FD. This week I received a warning, as the HOA rules had been changed, that I needed to open the shutter for cosmetic, not safety reasons, or risk a $250 fine each time. I called Marlon, at noon, and explained my issue. The window was tinted by 330p, and at a fair price. Miguel did a great job: no bubbles, no mess, and very polite. Florida Window Tinting does not honor his gift certificates. Stated that we were 6 weeks past the 2 year limit. We tried to get it done last year and He stated that he could not do our sons van because He was going out of town. Our son lives out of state & due to his business is not able to travel to WPB very often. Excellent quality and on time delivery . Marlon drove all the way to Miami to install impact resistant and heat reflecting film on my patio doors including French doors which are a lot of work. Also installed special "frosted" tint for privacy. Florida Window Tinting was cheaper than any competitor here in Miami and Ft Lauderdale. We're extremely satisfied. After giving him at least 5 jobs personally and several referrals over the last few years I sent my son to get a second layer of film on his tacoma. He had just had the same job done on his last car at fwt last year. One month went by and the film began peeling off the passenger window and was starting to have the same problem on the other windows. I went with him to discuss the problem and the solution I was given at first was we would be paying the labor 20 bucks and he would fix the one window in question. When looking further into the vehicle it became noticeable all windows have the same problem. I asked for a refund because his work quality has gotten worse and was denied he wanted to try and fix the problem rather than just redoing it when I questioned the brand of film the problem became apparent he is using substandard film on his jobs apollo film. Very poor customer service!!! It would also not be a bad idea to clean your shop up. It's a tribute to your work. Sloppy!! read more

I've been having my cars tinted at this location for over 10 years, and had security film installed in my home. This is a family owned operation, and the guys there were actually contracted after 9/11 to install security film in the Pentagon and the Capital building, among others. They are honest, friendly and do top-notch work. I didn't give them 5 stars because...well I just don't with anyone. read more
