I called this company on very short notice to inquire about installing 2 electronic components in my SUV. To my surprise, the owner acted quickly and had an opening the same day. He gave me a very fair ballpark estimate and then drove to my home, made sure he understood what I wanted, provided his incite and opinion on possible better install options and got to work immediately. He kept the area clean and I could not be more happy with his installation and demeanor. We had a brief rain delay and rather than reschedule, we had a quick cup of coffee and got back to work which was very convenient for me to get it all accomplished in one day. I had originally contacted Gus a couple of weeks ago, about tinting my car windows. Due to the weather not being favorable, Gus suggested to wait until the weather improves over the next week or so. I did that, and out of the blue, Gus contacted me, asked if I was available today ( 10/8/20 ) I said yes, and in an hour, Gus arrived. He went right to prepping my cars interior in advance of removing the tint that was already on for at least 7 years, started putting on the new tint, when finished cleaned up the interior around the rear window, cleaned up outside around my car. This guy is just amazing. I told him about my nightmare installation with another installer and right away Gus put me at ease. None of my equipment worked properly before he touched anything. He responded right away to talk about the job and was VERY communicative the entire time, before and after the install. He had to redo all the wiring and replaced my head unit, rewired my amps and speakers without any hiccups, all the while reassuring me it would be done correctly this time. I took a chance and contacted Gus to replace 4 speakers and an amp in my Mini Cooper. Installing the rear speakers was a major undertaking. The rear seats had to come out, all the panels had to be removed to replace 2 factory speakers. Gus knew exactly what to do. He systematically went about his business. It took 2 hours which was the same as in the video I had found on YouTube. His price was very reasonable. I now intend to have him come back to install an aftermarket backup camera and replace the steering wheel. This guy is great! read more

I think Gus is tired and old. He is not an owner of a business who cares very much about his customers. I had my Mercedes (pictured in all of his advertisements) tinted 3 years ago and the back window bubbled. With an unlimited warranty??? He pretended to give me a receipt and warranty booklet. This never happened. I used Superior Tint in Boca to take the old substandard tint off as he would not return my calls. Buyer beware. read more
