Great neighborhood bar in the rear. We keep coming back! They have food trucks some nights and music and trivia nights

They have food from all over the world, a variety of kitchen items, very stylish furniture, specialty beer and wine and a plethora of cool gifts perfect for anyone. If your looking for something unique to gift or stocking stuffers you will find that and more here. I seriously spent a hour just looking at all their stuff and left with something for a handful of family and friends for Christmas. Some of what really peaked my interest here was the food area. They have a asian, German and even New England type section sections among other demographics. I was able to find some Japanese soda for my niece, canned milk tea for me, cool beer for my husband and they have so many goodies I want to try. I'm not kidding when I say they have everything. I got the cutest mushroom coffee mug here and advent calendars for the entire family. I even found a vegan calendar for my husband who is allergic to dairy. The customer service here was so friendly and I've already came back a few times for various gifts. I love this store!!

They did not give the 30% off for first purchase (promotion) on her new world market credit card or anywhere near the correct amount of reward points. Disgusted!

"Sam" went way above and beyond in doing just that - she was knowledgeable and super friendly! Such a brief encounter, but memorable enough that I wanted to leave this review for her and this location. Found out that "Sam" is the manager - she assisted me with not just tequila, but the wines I had inquired about too... she was even kind enough to help me out to my car. I can't express enough how great the service there was! Wishing "Sam" and everyone else there, all the best for the holidays and 2025! Thank you so much for everything!

Though the place is spacious, with nice wide aisles to peruse through, it's this abundance of space that hides the potential of more product they could offer, across the board. Their craft beer selection was at first blush not so impressive. But as I took the time to really inspect, I discovered they had quite a few items I had not seen elsewhere. A big plus. The staff was disengaged when I first entered, but once I had questions, they were very eager, very willing, and very friendly in their help. There's something about a smiling face who shows no weariness in no matter what's asked that impresses me. The checkout process was smooth and the prices were good. ABCs in general offer 15% discount on their "Mix-n-Match" six packs (which I love) so that's a better deal than you fine elsewhere (i.e., Total Wine.) Anyway, a clean place that could hold much more product that they are currently offering with a solid staff. Whenever in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping by.

THE FAT SNOOK - How fabulous! Our grandson took us to…read moredinner and it did not disappoint! Our server Casey was wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable about all the dishes. The starters we chose were delicious! Shared Mexican Street Corn Deviled Egg, Cornbread was amazing along with the the Crab appetizer which was delicious!! For dinner my husband had the Duck. He LOVED it! Had fresh blackberries with a Pomegranate glaze and duck confit hash. I had the Corvina fish. It featured a pineapple salsa along with Mofongo. Amazing. Such a delicious dish. My grandson got the Dirty rice with shrimp and scallops. So good! Absolutely delicious! We finished with delectable desserts which we shared - Key lime pie, Chocolate Pave - so luxurious, and Lemon Blueberry Crumb Cake. What a special night we had. Big Thank you to everyone at THE FAT SNOOK.

Unfortunately a lot of the execution fell a bit flat, especially after both the menu and it's prices had set our expectations otherwise. The amuse bouche was definitely a palate awakener.. a mix of olive tapenade and vinegary mustard. It wasn't for us, but if the goal was to wake up our mouths, it worked. Then hubs had the scallop appetizer with bacon maple marmalade. He thought it was too sweet, I didn't mind it. Scallops were cooked well. I had the mussels from Brussels, a bit clumsy to eat as the mussels were in their shells and the thin Brussel leaves were scattered within/around, all on a bed of pureed potatoes. But a nice flavor and a good portion size. Then i moved on to the beet salad, which was my least favorite. A dish I enjoy at a lot of restaurants, all with different plating/approaches, this one was clunky, the beets were cut thicker than usual, plated with large proportion dwarfing the citrus and the cheese was presented in medium size encrusted balls. It lacked elegance or delicateness, the flavors didn't really meld as they should. Hubs and I then moved to the main course. I had the crispy gnocci app as my main, which was fine, nothing special and hubs had the catch #2 a tile fish that was just ok. We finished our drinks, opted for dessert elsewhere. They've been around a long time, so I'm sure we will try again in another couple years.
