My kids had layers and layers or food mess and some marker arts on a couple of chairs. I wasn't expecting chairs to come out brand new looking but it def looked a lot cleaner. He pre treated some really dark areas which came out a lot lighter. One star off for a couple of areas on the back that was spot spayed that I didn't think he went over with the steamer. You could still see and feel (crusty fabric) he had sprayed. May need a need second round of cleaning to really get the stains out.
