He recommended and advised us on getting optimum oak flooring and underlay, installed the flooring with meticulous care, on time and on budget. Again in 2017 we had Janos install ceramic tile in two different houses. On both projects he again provided wise advice, helped us optimize our selection, then provided meticulous installation, including concrete foundation underfloor leveling to assure that the ceramic tile floor is smooth, level, and consistent.
