Good Morning. I went to Florida Super Wash (on Gibsonton Rd) to get a car wash at 8:47a.m. this morning. Let me first state that the gentleman on duty was nice and professional. Hands down. Upon my arrival, I noticed a note on the machine stating exact cash or credit card payment only. I paid for the $15.00 wash in cash. I also noticed soap on the ground, indicating (to me) that everything was working properly. After entering for the car wash process, I noticed water kept hitting the vehicle. I honestly saw no soap at all. When it got to the Trifoam stage, no foam came out which was weird to me. Another water stage took place then the drying began. Really! This was disappointing to me. I brought it to the gentleman's attention. He mentioned that neither side uses the foam feature anymore at their location. It has been a year since they stopped using it. However, there is another soap that they use. I explained that no soap hit my vehicle at all and the soap on the ground was already present upon my driving up. I advised him that they should let customers know that they no longer use foam, that way customers aren't expecting that within the washing process. He mentioned that he will let the owner (he gave the name Steve) know what occurred and check into why soap wasn't coming down. Again, he was very nice and professional. I honestly wouldn't recommend going to this location if you're expecting the foam stage during the washing process. Thanks for the heads up Steve!

I like the tented vacuum stations and automatic wash it does a good job and the attendants are friendly and pre soak scrub your vehicle prior to entering. The high end is $15 and includes the rain X and exterior wax. It's open 24hours a day 7 days a week and it's well lit and clean. There are self service bays if you want to wash your own vehicle. As a lady I feel safe at this location with the closed circuit tv and petro station next door open also 24/7,

Invariably, something is broken at this car wash all the time. There were days when... during advertised business hours, cones were up and they were not washing cars. When asked, I was told it was IT issues. There's always something wrong here. Pull up to a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work. There was a broken gate, and so they coned up one entry point. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you need a quick wash and scan in... and you have to sit there for 10 minutes while someone in front of you punches a screen with a new customer... the wash is no longer convenient. This has made me late multiple times. Then, there's the wash itself. I could not fathom taking someone's money, and the brushes that wash the sides of the car simply not working. The last 3 times I've driven through, it's the brushes that wash the top of the car that literally touch the hood of your car, then retract. The entire top of my car, windshield, hood, and back hatch haven't been washed in a week. When I ask about it... "Our mechanic is supposed to be coming soon." You're taking $300 a year from me. I pay for everything to work properly. Not for your excuses. I even wrote the corporate email and complained. Never received any type of reply. All this communicates one thing to me - they don't give two flips about my business, and have no intention of bettering themselves. In a competitive marketplace... you can't serve up garbage and expect people to pay for it. I, for one, am willing to drive a few extra miles for a comparable price, and machinery and equipment that work. Do better. Seriously.

I appreciate those who work there two of them I know by name Mike the mechanic and Sheri. They always greet with a smile. And they take care to hear any grievance I may have when it comes to service. I definitely appreciate that. Oil change, and car wash are perfect for my pockets. The value is worth going. Thank you all so much for all you do. You may not think that customers are grateful sometime, but I'm here to tell you I crystal and very grateful for the work that you do. You make my day! Thank you guys especially Sheri

After only a couple of hours, I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving home, I noticed multiple areas--cup holders, dashboard, controls--had not been properly cleaned. I called and was asked to bring the vehicle back, which I did. When I returned, the technician simply wiped the two front cup holders and claimed the job was done. I informed the manager, who apologized, said he would handle the cleaning himself, and promised to email me a complimentary bumper-to-bumper detail for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture. However, instead of the promised service, I later received a $40 gift card. When I called to clarify, I was told that although they believed the promise was made, they do not actually provide free bumper-to-bumper details. I never requested a free service--it was offered to me as a resolution. To make matters worse, my car is still visibly dirty. The center console, buttons, and areas between the seats remain uncleaned. Sadly, I will not be returning.

The owner Eric really shows care for all his customers with his 100 percent back guarantee if you're not satisfied and if any technical problems happens either him or his manager, Mark, promptly make it right. What also makes this car wash so unique to others is there spot free rinse. I don't have to wipe my car by hand anymore to avoid water spots. Because the water is so clean, there are no water spots once my car is completely dry. It's impeccable!! The owner is also very informative, you can tell is passionate about what he does, he is always helping everyone out when they have any questions and shows you the best way to clean your car. The value is excellent; free air, great price for vacuum and wash. Washing my car is therapeutic at Parsons Ave Carwash. The only car wash I'll ever go to.

While I enjoy washing my car like this, I was not prepared. No ATM nearby, I had to go to the Walgreens to get cash to break the bill for quarters. I can understand why there wouldn't be an ATM there, but it would be nice to have something. I thought the brush and hose did a great job cleaning my car. The brush I used had seen better days, but it did a good job removing the filth from my vehicle. Like others mentioned, you have no idea when your 3 minutes is up except for when the water stops running. There's a sign that mentions if you keep pushing quarters in, it'll feed the meter, but honestly, I don't trust that. I purchased a couple of additional items to clean the inside of my car for $1 each, which worked fine. I used the vacuums which were .75 and the one nozzle worked much better than the other. I even used their fragrance spray for another .75 to give my car that newly cleaned smell. Overall it was a good experience. I'm not in the area much, but if I was, I'd use it again.
