My family has been going here for a few years. When we moved to the area i strongly recommend contemplated just keeping our dentists, 5 hours away, because we LOVED LOVED the quality of care but also the "family" feel of the office. So in looking for a new dentist to take care of my family of 8 and accommodating multiple cleaning at 1 visit, have quality, trustworthy care, and the family feel in the office was very important to me. The office staff and hygienist are very friendly and personal. We've had interaction with several of the Dr.'s but Dr. Brittney is who we see the most. She very good with my kids, several who a young and have a lot of "fears"/"hesitation " of new things and noises. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

Today, at my appointment, Doctor Brittany and my favorite dental assistant were, as always, extremely nice, gentle and compassionate. The entire staff is so welcoming that they immediately ease your anxiety when you walk in the door. Unfortunately, I have a lot of dental and possible health issues that need to be addressed. I also have TMJ and, even though, I said that it was fine for the Dentist to go ahead and finish more work, she told me that she was uncomfortable to do too much because of the chance of me possibly getting lock jaw. On my way out, I was clearly informed by the Dentist as to the next steps that I need to take to get my health issues resolved. I have already referred several people to this business. I called to inquire about Zoom whitening. A very polite woman gave me all of the info and offered me an 8am NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT! I was thrilled. The cost was well below the typical price of $500 plus.. Roughly $299. I did one 15 min session with gel and a light, wiped off gel, and repeated two more times for a total of 45 minutes. Afterward the dentist a very nice woman, down to earth and personable explained what to expect. Slight sensitivity for 48 hours. Ibruprofen helped. I also had Flouride painted on after the procedure to further protect my teeth I HIGHLY recommend this step!!!!! Also I purchased a large tube of fluoride toothpast clinpro. It's magical lol I would do this all over again. My teeth will get a bit shorter over the next week also as they settle down. I'm thrilled. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - in my short scheduled visit here, I was repeatedly lied to, rushed in and out and pressured at just about every step of my visit. I seriously question the business integrity of Floss 32 along with the positive reviews they have - not one part of my experience was positive except for the initial call to make an appointment. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance for a cleaning, exam, x-rays and the time needed for addressing and filling a tooth. I specifically and repeatedly asked the receptionist I spoke to on the phone for an available time slot which the dentist would have enough time to perform all the work and address all my issues. She assured me that the appointment date we scheduled weeks out would be more then sufficient to take care of everything I need done. I insisted this was extremely important, I didn't want to have to make multiple trips over months to address work needed - she assured me that the date and time we scheduled would allow multiple hours for whatever needed to be done. After waiting weeks and showing up to the appointment early, I was greeted by a much more hostile receptionist. I was curtly and vaguely retold prices and sent back to an exam room. They took x-rays of one tooth. The dentist came in, examined my tooth for no more then 3-4 seconds, explained they could do a filling now but they would most likely end up hitting a nerve, causing severe pain that would lead to a root canal. They said they neither have the x-ray technology nor experience to perform a root canal on a molar and recommended I go somewhere else. They then said they were ready to start drilling on it and could put in a filling and said I "have a few minutes to decide". Feeling uncomfortable already, I thought it best to wait and get a more professional opinion - I said let's just proceed with the cleaning, full exam and x-rays I scheduled. At this point, after being in the office no more then 5 minutes and waiting weeks for an appointment, I was told they didn't have time to do the cleaning, exam and x-rays I scheduled. They told me I must have been wrong about what I discussed initially when setting up the appointment and rushed me out of there so fast it made my head spin. They charged me the full price I was supposed to pay for a full cleaning, exam and x-rays and said if I wanted to come back to get the cleaning, exam and x-rays done I originally scheduled, they had an appointment available in about 35 days! They then informed me I would have to pay a much higher price if I come back because I was no longer a "new patient" and the fee I was originally told was just for "new patients". Before leaving, I asked for the x-ray they took of my tooth and they printed off a low quality photo for me. This experience leads me to really question the expertise, integrity and honesty of this dental practice. A dental office with shady practices that takes so little responsibility for their actions would make me seriously question whether they are honest enough to work on your teeth or your family's teeth. If I gave them permission to work on my tooth, what are the odds they would just so happen to drill too deep and force a root canal? What type of responsibility would the front office take for any problems they created? Who is in charge and responsible for this dental practice and why are so few practices and policies in place to look after their patients and provide a consistent and positive experience? At the end of the day, I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I seriously question the positive reviews they have - are they all fake? I will definitely be reporting Floss 32 to the BBB, FTC and state attorney general and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through such a poor experience when they're just trying to get needed medical care. read more

Floss 32 went above and beyond. I have never had such an amazing experience. I rushed in because my crown had fallen out and I was in some pain. Dr. Adam was amazing and was so patience. He worked hard to make sure I was completely comfortable and happy the whole time. No one likes going in for things like this but Dr. Holeman and Dr. Adam took such great care. I definitely recommend floss 32 for anyone especially for people who may get nervous about going to the dentist. read more
