If there is one restaurant to splurge at in PEC, I would highly recommend you pick Flame + Smith! I have to first compliment our server, he was exceptionally pleasant! Attentive with our waters, brought sharing plates for everything we shared, cleared the table/plates/utensils after each dish, and was so knowledgeable with the local ingredients! Every dish was plated BEAUTIFULLY and garnished with their garden edible flowers.
