Half baked has great cookies and a variety of ice cream (custard year round). We stop here often…read morewhen we have family in town after visiting the playground across the street. They sell Hoovers milk products as well on store which is a nice touch. They always have specials as well as their classics. The cookies are consistent in taste, size and overall quality. The store is clean and is a nice environment. I have always had prompt and friendly service while there. The cookies are pricey. They are also huge and they use quality ingredients. I like to bake so we don't usually purchase baked goods, but we do buy the cookies here because they are delicious! This is one of my dog's favorite places. She LOVES cream and the pup cup here is her favorite. It is quite a big size so I usually ask for a small portion of it. She particularly enjoys the peanut butter drizzle on top and likes to sit outside at the picnic tables with us to enjoy it. They offer vegan and gluten free options, which I have not gotten so I am unsure of what they do about any potential cross contamination etc.

The flavors are so exciting compared to other bakeries and the gooeyness of the cookies is my favorite part.

The bathroom, seating, floors, door glass, display case, and everything behind the counter were spotlessly clean. Kyle was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He was patient and explained things in detail while I asked a bunch of questions about each cake and brownie in the display case and ice creams. The manager or owner came out to greet us too and was very welcoming. The carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was so savory, moist, perfectly spiced, decadent, and delicious. The brownie was warmed up, gooey, creamy, rich, and delicious. I'm already excited to go back again! Thank you for a great experience.

They also have seasonal decorations you can buy and cards. It's east to drive by on busy Niagara Falls Blvd, but make a point to stop in and spoil yourself!

When asked about ownership of the Google page, I was told, "We've asked them 100 times to take that down & they won't." Doing what I do for my FT job, I know how these things work & that's not it. As for our tasting, we ordered a slice of cassata, a tiramisu tower, a pecan bar & a peanut butter bar. The almond flavor of the cassata cake layers was AMAZING, but that's where the pleasure stopped. For the rest of our experience. The cassata frosting was not whipped cream & instead quite hard and unpalatable (like Crisco was used). The tiramisu tower didn't have any coffee flavor in it. The Pecan bar was loaded with pecans, but the filling was unflavored goop. The peanut butter bar was like eating sand. There were no restrooms that appeared to be available for hand washing. All in all, with a cup of coffee, I'm glad it was only $24. On to the next bakery to find a suitable cassata cake for my mom's Big Birthday next year.
