    Table decor... Plastic plants

I was in the neighborhood so stopped in on a whim, plus I was hungry. The service was friendly and timely here when though it was crowded at lunch time. But I was underwhelmed by the menu. I love a good sourdough bread. They state all bakery items are made in house. The bread was ok. It has a nice crust, but the crumb was spongy. I had hot honey toast... With cream cheese "aioli" AND burrata. There was nothing aioli about the cream cheese. It was just plain cream cheese. The burrata had no creaminess whatsoever. The dish was woefully under seasoned even though there was a big pile of black pepper on it, there was no flavor. The hot honey was barely noticable. My companion has the basic Caesar salad, which she reported was undeserasoned, with flavorless croutons and a lackluster Caesar dressing. The drinks were fine, and the atmosphere was pleasant. That's about it.

I love the menu options, there's something for everyone. I also love the big windows. I ordered a mocha and prosciutto pear pizza. The mocha was lukewarm, so I was slightly disappointed. The prosciutto pear pizza barely had any pears on it, BUT the balsamic glaze and the perfect bubbly dough made up for it. The DOUGH is perfect. I LOVE chubby chewy bubbly dough. I wanted to grab a few baked goods to try on my way out, but the line was long. I would come back again for their pizza.

I love a fresh, homemade pastry so naturally, Blue Eyed Baker has been on my list of bakeries I wanted to try. Although I still haven't visited the bakery itself yet, I finally had the opportunity to sample some of their baked goods with a good friend, a fellow baked treat lover! haha Everything we had was delicious! So, what did my fellow baked-good-connoisseur pick up? She ordered one of their brioche cinnamon rolls with extra cream cheese frosting, Kouign-amann, and since it was St. Patrick's Day 2026 weekend, an Irish Soda scone. She's been here a few times before so I 100% trusted her - Everything we sampled was delicious! The cinnamon roll was soo good with a soft, light center and the cream cheese frosting... Yum!! She knew I'd like the frosting so she asked for extra on top. :D The Irish Soda scone was big, moist and dense in the center with raisins, while the exterior was on the firmer-side but still soft, definitely nowhere near a crispy/crunchy texture - BEB absolutely nailed the flavor of Irish Soda Bread. Both of us were really impressed with the Kouign-amann! The soft, moist, sweet interior with the flaky exterior and powdered sugar were excellent. Every treat was big, which made it easy to split each treat and walk away plenty satisfied. I see why Blue Eyed Baker is beloved, revered! Their baked goods are fresh and nicely sized. I need to stop into the bakery myself and get the full experience soon. I'll have to plan a meetup at their café with my fellow baked treat lover soon to remedy that!

Attended a networking event led by the owner and it was an experience to remember. Highly recommend hosting your event in the rooftop restaurant. Share the pizza.

Holy Cow!!! Just had dinner at the Rooftop restaurant for the first time and let me tell you it does not disappoint! Everything we had from the pork chops, short ribs, beef bourguignon, absolutely incredible!!! And let's not forget about everything that's downstairs, especially their sausage gravy and biscuits. The best breakfast in East Aurora, hands-down! Blue eye Baker is five star cuisine all day every day.

Almond croissant, pumpkin scone, maple latte

Stopped by Blue Eyed Baker for a little coffee and pastry break and it definitely lived up to the hype. I got a maple iced latte and an almond croissant, while my friend tried the seasonal matcha and a pumpkin scone. Everything tasted super fresh and you can tell they make everything in house. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and full of almond flavor, and the latte had just the right amount of sweetness. It was a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it for a treat-yourself stop. Cozy vibes, great staff, and really good baked goods. I'll definitely be back!!

What a great atmosphere and so cute! They have a great selection of gluten free and Vegan pastries and they are sooooo good! Super friendly staff and clean! My friend had a grilled cheese on sourdough that was so yummy I forgot to get a picture. It's served with a broccoli salad on the side. Next time I'm in the area I will make a point to stop there. I had a decaf Americano and it was great! Yum!

The Scarlet Vetter says......I was in East Aurora doing some shopping when I realized I had had nothing to eat and it was after 2. I had heard about this bakery and decided to give it a try as a solo diner. I asked to sit outside and was told to choose my table. There was a mix of both tables with umbrellas and tables without and being adverse to the heat and sun, I chose a table with an umbrella. The server quickly came with a menu and took my drink order of unsweetened hibiscus iced tea. I ordered a burger with an egg on top and asked for sourdough bread rather than a roll as a healthier option. They readily agreed to substitute and the burger came with a side of pasta salad. The sandwhich was huge and I could only eat half so I got another meal to take to go. A very quaint place with some luscious looking baked goods!

Delicious full bodied coffee and gingerbread cookies.

So three times in a row makes me a regular! The line is out the door, but it moves fast with two cashiers. My little grandson ordered a delicious bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which was more than he could finish. Top class! The little brother opted for a raspberry macaron and (my favorite!) the morning bun. I nibbled on the kids treats and sipped a cup of coffee. All the while surrounded by the heavenly aroma of the baked goods and the brewed coffee. Life is good.

Wow this place had a major renovation! They did an amazing job!! We loved every moment here! Amazing interior decor and style. The service is great. We sat outside on the top patio and had breakfast. I liked my farmers sandwich but I would probably get something else next time, or I would suggest they add some kind of sauce or aoli to it. Matt's lox was better. My latte was very tasty, I think it was just vanilla, but it was great! Can't wait to come back!

The crème brule french toast is 2 large slabs of homemade bread, that just tastes so fresh. The line will probably be long, but that gives you time to decide on what pastry to grab in the array of treats. There's truly something for everyone, and it is all great. Also make sure to grab some of the house made sourdough, got the Italian loaf for garlic bread for dinner and it was terrific. Perfectly balanced with the light and airy inside with a crunchy undercarriage.

I was greeted at the door by the bestest boy/doggo named Teddy and someone who I assumed was one of the owners. The shop is very cute, lots of gnomes, rubber ducks, and fun quotes showcasing the owners' sense of humor. The owner was actually very helpful and gave me tips on how to best enjoy my baked goods. I got ten items for a very reasonable price! Sweet roll: one of their popular items. A roll with warm sugar and cinnamon on the inside and gooey frosting on top, but I can see why they don't advertise it as a cinnamon roll. It doesn't smack you in the face with that cinnamon flavor, but has all the other good parts of the roll. Blueberry muffin: not too sweet and chock full of blueberries and streusel topping! Turnovers: I wasn't a fan of the icing sugar topping, but the puff pastry was light and flaky. I'm sure if I was home and was able to pop it in the oven it would have been amazing! Cupcakes: this was a surprising gem for me. I generally find cupcakes and their frosting to be too sweet, but the actual cake was light on the sugar and balanced well with the buttercream. The cake felt a little dry, but my cupcake was chocolate flavored and sometimes that has an innate dryness to it. I looked online, and they actually have a crazy amount of cool flavors! I would love to come back to try more flavors. All in all, a very pleasant experience, if you're in Corfu you should definitely stop by :)

The molasses cookie was perfectly soft yet chewy and had a great molasses flavor along with ginger and cinnamon. The peanut butter brownie was chewy and had a good amount of peanut butter buttercream frosting topping it. I ate the chocolate almond pretzel pastry at a later time and heated it in the air fryer for a few minutes. It was flaky, buttery and flavorful. I would definitely recommend Buttercrumbs & will return if I'm in the area.

They already have a fantastic thin-crust pizza, so I asked if they could make the Sicilian style with the muffuletta toppings. No problem at all. It took a little longer than expected (ordered for 4:45, ready at 5:00), but it was absolutely worth the wait. Ordering is easy online or by phone. If you get voicemail, just call back - they're probably on the phone with another customer. Now, about that pizza. The thick Sicilian crust had the perfect chew: light and airy inside with a crisp, golden bottom. Every bite was loaded with the bold salty toppings, bringing a savory, slight spice/pickled kick that paired perfectly with the oils and melted cheese. The toppings reached edge to edge, creating a pizza that was hearty, flavorful, and impossible to put down. Please pencil in a visit to The Deli on a Wednesday to grab one of their pizzas.
