I only had to wait about 15 minutes before being taken back to the exam room. The person who did the intake was efficient and nice. Dr. Wang was also very nice. He answered my questions, explain the x-ray and was gentle when touching my hand. The physical therapist, Zach, what is also nice and knowledgeable. He gave me the splint, and showed me how to put it on. He answered some questions I had. From the time I checked in till the time I left the staff here were all really nice. I felt like I was seeing as a whole person not just a medical case. I'm really glad I came here for a second opinion.

If it weren't for Lexie I still would be sleeping in my recliner on my 1st floor. Wally showed me how much my knees could bend and help me get on the bike and turned those pedals until they start squeaking for additional oil. Caretta makes appts and insurance go smooth and in todays world that is a skill and show determination. I would not be where I am today 5 1/2 months post surgery. I was also treated for texting thumb (I use my phone 24/7) and scar tissue inflammation and Jason was able to use points to reduce the pain and now the scar is back to normal flesh color.
