I wasn't enjoying life, but I felt strongly about avoiding surgery. After the presentation about Stem Cell Therapy, I was encouraged about what I had heard, because stem cells are natural and we all have them. However, as we age, we don't have many of our own cells left to help us out. In July of 2023, I received 2 stem cell injections in my lower back (one on each side). Everyone is different, but it took about 4 months for my back to feel better, and it's been good ever since. I had one more area that was very painful for me, and that was my right knee. She took care in working on my tight upper back muscles during my one hour massage but also paid attention to my whole body too. The massage oils she used for the treatment were pleasantly scented and not over-bearing. The warm moist towels she put on my feet after my foot massage was also a nice touch. I found the massage to be both relaxing and therapeutic. It was also nice that she had multiple ways of paying. I had forgotten my check book, but I was able to pay with my credit card, so that was very convenient.
