I came in with a sandy/dirty blonde shade, but unfortunately walked out with a completely different ash blonde that looks very unnatural and overly processed. My roots now appear gray-white, while the rest of my hair looks light brown, leaving me with an uneven and very obvious color difference. The result looks nothing like what I came in with or what I requested. In addition, the texture of my hair is now brittle and frizzy, which makes it feel damaged compared to how healthy it was before the appointment. The experience was uncomfortable while I was there, and even more upsetting once I saw the final result. I'm so unhappy with how drastically my color and texture changed that I wouldn't even feel comfortable trusting the salon to correct it. If you don't already have experience with a specific stylist here, I would not recommend this salon.

The stylist Sarah had a reason for every mistake and continued to argue with myself and my husband. She stated multiple times. Are you a stylist? Did you go to school for hair? The manager was supposed to call me which didn't happen. I had to call and track down the manager myself who knew nothing about the situation. She was supposed to look into the matter and call me back. She needed to talk to the owner who only owns the business but doesn't do hair. That was definitely a red flag. After waiting several days. I called back and was told by a front desk person not the manager. That because of the way my husband acted. They wouldn't refund my money and if I went through the bank, they would fight it. I didn't even bring the bank up, but thanks for the idea. I went and purchased dye and did my own hair. I wasted over $400 and didn't even get my hair cut for that much money.
