I called in advance to get an appointment and Roberta agreed to do a cut color and style. I have curly Hair. I was content with the color. The cut not so much, cut more than I anticipated. She offered me tea but never received. She told me "I can't style your hair I have an appointment in two hours with another client" so why would you agree to do my hair in the first place? I told her politely, I'm not leaving here without getting my hair Done (big Mistake I should Have left after her telling me this.) I even stated I wouldn't mind having another person do my hair and she took me to another girl who just looked at my hair and was like "idk how to do curls with a flat iron" Literally you style curly hair the same way you do straight. When Roberta started to style my hair She legit grabbed chunks of my hair to blow dry and try running the flat iron over it. You are obviously supposed to grab a small amount and get to the root of the hair clearly anyone and everyone knows that ...Not only did she charge me extra for the blow dry but I left the salon with my hair poofy and not even blow dryed straight. As a woman I feel like the service at this salon just made me feel bad because I have curly hair and they had the audacity to tell me that they've worked with curly hair before, and I ended up walking out with my hair, looking a mess. I was overcharged for crappy service. I called the salon a few days ago to ask for the ladies name who did my hair so I can make this review. Whoever answered, the phone said everybody at the salon has experience with curly hair could have fooled me never will I ever return here. So many great reviews I had to reach out. Best perk, I only had to drive to one place to get pampered before pictures. When I connected with Tiffany she was pleasant, responded quickly and answered all my questions. I was able to pay a deposit over venmo and got booked with Sarah & Yazmin. A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for! Day of service was nothing but smooth sailing. I made sure I was prepared with a few pictures of what look I was going for and both artist were able to have me taken care of in 2 hours. Plenty of time to relax before pictures. Huge shout out to Sarah, for working with my thinning, falling out hair making it have volume and just making my red POP! Thank you ladies for helping me be a bit more radiant!
