Only my sister (stylist as well) truly knows my hair and has been doing it collectively for over 10 years, honestly before Coco, no one came close to the level of quality that I had been spoiled with. I've had my hair cut by Coco 3x now and she is seriously a close second and that's just because of the years of time one person has spent on my hair! I have extremely thick, dense, and course Asian / Pacific Islander hair that I know wants to be curly but I haven't figured that out yet - Coco worked effortlessly as though she had been doing my hair since straight out of graduating school. She's the best around and would absolutely thrive on her own or whatever she wants to do in this profession because her work is flawless. Super quick at foiling and talking to her felt like we had been friends for years. Love love love my hair and the style! I got a haircut because I needed the deadends gone and a highlight/balayage back to my original hair color- dark caramel. Brooke was not available but the lady whom I spoke with over the phone suggested to get it done by Josie. She is very nice and informative. Ambience: Very loud in the morning till afternoon on a Friday but I prefer it because its nice to see people get pampered and get their hair done and everyone is just super friendly. AMAZING! Raychel Jimenez does my hair masterfully! She gives me the ultra ultra white/grey that you see everywhere! Every other salon I've been to in THREE different states and 10 gals told me it would take months to lighten that much and 2 women did a terrible botched job! Raychel accomplished it in one rather short visit for how light I wanted it. I'm a dirty blonde naturally and being 60ish I had lost all of my beautiful different shades of blond, light brown, copper etc. But Raychel has my hair in a pixie and bright greyish and I get lots of compliments! Unfortunately since you continue to make slanderous comments about my character, I am uploading just one photo from my stylist showing just one section of the damage to my hair. (note the line from the "bleed") I did not want to post any of the photos or videos that show the damage as the stylist did in fact try hard to perform the service and she deserves support/education from her manager- not an escalation of unprofessional behavior. I want to also note that I paid $130 for the service (amount I was quoted when booking). I did not pay for the extra amount over the $130 for the products used to try to fix my hair. Ok...so when I say this was my Last Chance to give a salon in the San Tan Valley area a try...I mean it. And Ryan is THE MAN! I'm currently 7 months pregnant and I needed a lower maintenance hairstyle and upon arrival, Ryan listened to me and I mean he truly listened. Not being kind or humble in saying that, he really checked my hair out, from all angles, got my ideas and created my hairstyle. Requested an appointment with Kera she was not available until January. They talked me into an appointment with someone else in the salon. I took a picture asked her if she could do the exact same coloring and the same haircut told her I wanted the haircut just below my shoulder so she could take the rest off. The blonde came out almost solid blonde instead of the streaked blonde that I wanted, and the haircut was chopped. It was not layered cut. She didn't blow it out or curl it. She flat ironed it. She said so she could see the layering so I waited until I got home and looked at it and looked at it carefully, and it looked chopped all over, so then I set it on curlers to see if curling up it would make it look more like the picture. The layers were way too long and way too chopped so now I have to spend well over the 200 I already spent at last chance to have the haircut corrected to what I wanted to be like I will not go back not to care not to anybody. This salon is rude. The owners are rude to everybody that criticizes anything that goes on in that salon they're nasty rude people and so for that reason, I hesitated even writing a review, but I wanted people to be worn that it's just not worth going in read more

This was a very positive experience! I met with Coco. She was very friendly and offered water or coffee. I am new to QC so I was happy to be supporting a local salon. I had reached out last minute on Sunday evening and the owner was very responsive to schedule me in. Last time I got a haircut , I had a very negative experience (not at this salon- Ulta) but Coco listened to my concerns, and was validating of my previous cut. I think this cut was fairly priced. I have asked other salons and their prices are outrageous but this salon appears to be pricing reasonably. read more

I love this salon! Brook is my stylist and he is gifted in both color and cut. On top of that, he's just a complete ray of sunshine. The salon itself is bright, very clean and comfortable. You are greeted warmly as soon as you walk in and the entire staff is helpful. If my stylist is busy and another isn't, they pitch in to help. And they are all seem very talented and kind. Heather, the owner, is very accessible and responsive if I've ever needed to change an appointment or had questions. Update: The owner's comments are lies. I've never met a man at that salon. The WOMAN who claims she owns it spoke to me one time when I complemented the lighting fixtures. The pictures speak for themselves. I have text messages to back up my claims. My review is truthful and you don't like it Sorry not sorry The reason I posted a review 4 months later is because, I have waited 4 months to let my hair rest from the damage caused. I have been to 3 different salons in the past 2 weeks, all stating that I need MAJOR color correction to correct the damage. This is going to be extremely expensive to fix. I asked for a refund from my hair stylist who I paid directly and got zero response. I wasn't asked to contact the owner of the salon who I didn't pay and I would never let that salon touch my hair again. You can complain about my review but it is truthful and the photos of what my hair looked like before, what I requested, and what I got... all speak for themselves with no words needed.
