They have a dry sauna and cold plunge as well as massage services available. I've done the sauna followed by the cold plunge and I really felt better afterward, slept wonderfully that evening after a pain free night. Celina and Scott's classes are fantastic. Challenging and rewarding once you become a regular and realize how much your strength & cardio endurance improved.

Back pain/issues is the most common disability amongst young people and this workshop is so needed locally but rarely offered at yoga studios. When I saw the posting, I registered immediately but with a little skepticism. When you have a bad back, you get used to being constantly disappointed by yoga instructors who lack the knowledge or safety to properly assist you, even if they claim they can. But Leigh may honestly be the smartest yoga instructor in Cleveland. Her impressive knowledge of anatomy, coupled with her kindness and yoga talents, make her an incredible teacher. She really knows what she's doing, and a lot of her teachings are informed by personal injuries, which she is honest about it (and this is so refreshing). I need to admit. I was totally blown away this spot was in Chesterland. Physically, it may be the cutest yoga studio in Northeast Ohio. I love the Buddha vibes, warm colors and overall atmosphere. The studio has a beautiful layout, a calming ambiance and lovely decor that you may not suspect from its strip mall exterior. It feels like it belongs in the city. This is a hidden gem worth the drive (at least for me). My only dislike? That its so far from me!
